Es war toll im Parco San Marco. Ressort ist sehr zu empfehlen. Leider haben im Oktober nicht mehr alle Restaurants geöffnet, aber es hat auch so noch ein sehr gutes Angebot.

All the staff at Parco San Marco are very welcoming, knowledgeable and always ready to help. Also very family friendly too. The food is amazing, plenty of choice for breakfast. The views are stunning, I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be going back!

Wonderful stay here with my wife for our honeymoon. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was exceptional and our room had a lovely view of lake Lugano. Definitely come here if you are looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Also had a day pass for the CEO spa at the hotel next door which was phenomenal! Thanks so much to all the staff for the perfect stay.

CHF 20.- für den Parkplatz ist mehr als nur übertrieben. Die Zimmer haben auf der Rückseite keine Vorhänge und sind renovierungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück ist jedoch sehr gut.

Preis zu hoch für das Hotel, Frühstück mittelmäßig (Brötchen zu hart u s.w.) War etwas enttäuscht

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We could always find food and the property was a perfect mix of kid friendly and adult friendly. We absolutely loved our stay here - thank you all again so much.

Das Essen in den verschiedenen Restaurants war hervorragend,auch das Frühstückbuffet lies keine Wünsche offen. Was ich schade fand, dass die Zimmer noch nicht renoviert waren. Diese hätten es nötig, aber der Ausblick vom Zimmer war einfach Traumhaft. Die Tiefgarage war auch gut,obwohl die Plätze klein waren und der Preis war hat es auch insich. 20 Euro pro Nacht. Ansonsten ware es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Resort.

Great hotel

We stayed here for 5 nights with 2 children and our dog. The staff was amazing (especially Aurora) and the facilities were easily 5 stars. You have a family pool with slides and a quiet 16+ only pool so no need to run for sun-beds! The hotel also has a grass area in front of the lake (with amazing views, bar and watersport activities) including a separate dog area. Please be aware that the hotel is build on a hill so you have to take plenty of stairs although some lifts are available. Food was great and you can choose from pizza’s to fine dining in one of the seven restaurants. The room we originally had was ground floor level and although large enough, not as modern as E24 which had a Great Lake view and large balcony (dog was not able to jump over). You get a fridge and some kitchen equipment (you pay extra if you need more). Dog was 35 euros a night and the parking 20 euros per night. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Please book evening meals in advance as it can get busy. Hotel has also spa and indoor swimming pool which you can use for free (including 18+ area only). It doesn’t take long at all to drive to lake Como. Having a car is definitely beneficial to go to nearby towns or supermarkets.

This hotel is another that promises a lot but just falls short. It is a lovely spot and the rooms were nice and food good. I think it is an Italian thing where they think charging for everything on top makes it exclusive whereas the best hotels include everything. Here are all the areas it felll down. This hotel cost £4.5K for a week, just bare that in mind. 1. You had to pay for parking, €20 a day, so you pay to stay in a hotel only accessible by car and you then pay extra to park, why? 2. Wifi was poor to terrible - just fix it, don’t blame things, just fix it 3. No service at pools, I would expect in a place of this costs to have table service for drinks and food. The adult pool does not have food delivered 4. In fifty years, the first summer hotel I have been at that does not have outside dining for the main restaurant. Big miss and beware if you are on half board, you eat inside every night 5. Half board only allows you in one restaurant. The others offer small discounts so if you are here a week or more, will get boring fast 6. Service waiters seemed to spend more time joking with themselves and 2 year olds than actually serving you efficiently, some better than others. Seemed Very laddy. 7. You have to go through locked gates everywhere, with a key, find more a fob solution and make the gates less heavy and cumbersome, feels like prison some days 8. Food very expensive, no snack food, most hotels have something by the pool where you can get a light meal.

Once again, over the top Italian service. Entire staff bent over backward to accommodate our desired outcome!

Stunning resort - very well laid out. Beautiful spa! So much for children to do. Rooms very clean and comfortable beds. Staff work so hard and and are friendly and helpful. Our 10 year old had the best time - free ice cream pass was excellent surprise when we arrived. Highly recommend this resort for a family holiday.
