위치도 두오모성당 바로 앞이고 룸도 테라스가 있는 방으로 업그레이드해주셨어요^^ 비가와서 테라스에서는 못 즐겼는데 너무 좋았답니다~ 조식도 매우 훌륭하고 오렌지주스 너무 맛있었어요~ 이번여행에서 제일 좋았던 호텔이었습니다^^

아이들 데리고 가라 수 있는 방이 없다고해서 하루 80만원 더 추가하여 160만원짜리 방에서 숙박했습니다. 호텔스 닷컴 사이트에서는 어린이 2명포함하여 4인 이용 가능한 방이었는데 호텔에서는 3인까지만 이용가능하다고 하면서 다른 방은 다 풀부킹이니 추가 비용을 너무 과하게 지불하라고 해서 당황스러웠습니다. 4인가족으로 여행하시는 분들은 이 호텔을 안가시는게 좋겠습니다.

Nice property. Short walk to Rinascente and galleria Emmanuel Vittorio. Nice fancy rooms. My bathroom had 2 sinks but one was clogged, but since I stayed only one night, didn’t bother to complain.

One of the best hotels in Italy. For our anniversary trip, we toured Europe for 2 weeks, and the Park Hyatt Milan stands out from the rest. The staff and facility at the Park Hyatt Milano are exceptional. It's located in the heart of the chic Galleria and just next door to the famed Duomo. A short walk to all the fashionista shopping areas. But the room was beyond exceptional. Notably, the bedroom and bath area exude the ultra fashionable vibe that Milan is known for. They were stunning! The staff was incredible, treating us like royalty, literally walking us to recommended restaurants in the area. We were constantly greeted by their professional staff throughout our stay. And did I mention that "killer" bath area? Just can't commend them enough for a wonderful stay. Beyond 5 stars!!

We just completed a two night stay at this hotel. Wow! What an incredible experience! The Park Hyatt Milan is now one of our favorite places we've ever stayed. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a Junior Suite (thanks Amex Platinum); the room is very spacious and stunning! Every staff member went above and beyond to be helpful and make our stay as special and memorable as possible. We were joyously greeted at all times and the staff made us feel like it was genuinely their pleasure to help us. We were so comfortable in our room and throughout the hotel. The hotel is centrally located right in the center of town. We absolutely loved this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. Bottom line - you are missing out on one of life's greatest pleasures if you do not stay here. We're looking forward to our return!

Esta é minha segunda estadia no Park Hyatt de Milão e conseguiram se superar: no atendimento, na simpatia e na qualidade do serviço e da estrutura. Nos fizeram sentir em casa, com todo o cuidado e também com um upgrade de quarto. Guilherme (guest relations) e Alessandro (portaria) são maravilhosos!
