O hotel é lindo e está localizado dentro do centro histórico, bem próximo das principais atrações da cidade. A suíte família é muito confortável e acomodada perfeitamente 3 pessoas. A decoração da suite é maravilhosa! Outro ponto alto são os funcionários do hotel, todos muito amáveis.

O hotel é fantástico, como se fosse esculpido nas rochas, mas muito confortável e elegante. Conta, ainda, com um serviço fantástico. O Alessandro que nos recebeu na chegada e durante a estadia foi extremante solicito, assim como o pessoal que nos atendeu no café da manhã. O serviço de estacionamento do carro foi feito de forma exemplar.

Bad air quality in room 109 - smell of mold. Informed front desk immediately after check in. There is no air flow as the window in the bathroom does not open. Only a small window next to the bed high up. I opened the door for an hour and the tiny window. Did not improve materially. Was not contacted again by front desk - they hope you don't complain anymore without fixing the actual problem - its a construction/ maintenance issue - the Italian way of business. There is no noise insulation either. The floors are stone, you hear everything from other guests. At 7am you are wide awake from the noise by housekeeping. I am platinum with accor and I would not stay in this hotel again. It has wonderful historic detail and is stylish but they cant get the basics right - thats modern Italy for you in a nutshell.

Equipe mal educada e demorou para liberar o quarto. Fiz uma reserva para um casal e uma criança de 13 anos e não queriam hospedar no mesmo quarto, tentaram depois me cobrar 03 adultos... hotel sem estacionamento!!!! hotel

Really high quality boutique hotel right in the centre of Lecce. The artistic design and quality is something to experience. Nothing to fault, tremendous team, fabulous breakfasts and one of the best I have experienced (an I am getting on a bit)!

This is an incredible property in a wonderful location. The hotel is tastefully decorated with beautiful art. There are several areas for relaxation. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Staff was extremely helpful and made great recommendations for dinner and entertainment.

An amazing hotel filled with beautiful arts. Great location, excellent service , spacious bedrooms and bathroom and immaculate. I have nothing to complain. If you arrive by car, hotel is in historic center for pedestrians so it’s worth it to reserve parking thru hotel so it’s convenient to go in and out without being fined. I promise you’ll not be disappointed!!

The room was wonderful and we loved the little underground pool. The only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the noise from the street was extremely loud in the room which was unfortunate.
