A lovely old hotel which is great for people wanting a quiet stay in the town of Civita Castellana. Rooms were a good size and comfortable.

We had an outstanding stay at the Relais Falisco which exceeded our expectations in all respects. The hotel is nicely appointed, with friendly staff, and a superb restaurant (which we liked so much the first night, we went back the next day).

Good location. Lift available. Free parking onsite. Lovely historic building. Room size adequate for 2 people, but certainly not large. Breakfast is pedestrian, with extremely strong, muddy tasting coffee. In room mini fridge did not work, was not fixed after notifying management.

Hotel muito bonito e conservado, bom café da manhã. Região com poucas coisas para fazer, cidade bem pequena. O restaurante do hotel é excelente.

Fantastic accommodation with a world class restaurant. The town itself is not that much to look at, but the accommodation makes up for this. Find a quiet corner with a book and relax.

La struttura é meravigliosa, il personale ineccepibile. Posizionato in centro é comodissimo per visitare il castello, il duomo e il paese. Il ristorante é all'altezza della struttura. Un soggiorno romantico con rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.

Het inchecken verliep niet soepel i.v.m. een taalbarrière, de receptionist wilde onze paspoorten achterhouden maar dat hebben we niet geaccepteerd. De inrichting en de locatie van het hotel zijn bijzonder, de kamers daarintegen zijn verouderd en die hygiëne laat ook wat te wensen over. We hadden problemen met de afvoer van de wastafel, dit werd snel opgelost door de afvoerplug weg te nemen zodat we konden genieten van de heerlijk stank uit de afvoer. Het ontbijt is zeer matig, wat koud moet zijn is lauw/warm.

This hotel was a real find! It is in a rural, low mountain area a little more than an hour North of Rome - a perfect decompression place after a long flight from the West Coast of the US. The hotel is a palace from the 17th century, the grounds are beautiful and the surrounding area is filled with ancient architecture. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Treat yourself to a dinner in their restaurant for a delicious surprise.

ottima posizione facilmente raggiungibile personale con ottima preparazione camera molto bella con vista sulla citta',lo consigliero' sicuramente,spero di poter tornare presto!!!

Bel posto. Albergo da migliorare. Alcune pecche ( televisore fatiscente e ricezione di pochi canali malissimo. Box doccia da riparare ) ed ero in una suite!

l'hotel si trova nel centro storico perciò abbiamo potuto spostarci a piedi lasciando l'auto parcheggiata nel cortile interno. Abbiamo soggiornato solo un giorno ,ma abbiamo potuto apprezzare i pregi di questa sistemazione
