가족여행이었으며 수영장은 작지만 좋았습니다. 그러나 방 상태는 생각보다 너무 좋지 않았고 화장실 문도 잘 여닫히지 않았습니다… 다시는 방문할 계획없습니다..

This property was a life saver when I had booked a different hotel with no WIFI and far away from all site seeing areas. I found this hotel at the last minute and it was reasonably priced and it was centrally located. IT had a beautiful pool and the restaurant was very good. They could add a different special every night or a different dining theme but the quality was excellent. The hotel also offered tours to capri and amalfi coast. The room was clean and we received an upgrade. I did not use the spa but the prices for the spa were very reasonable and it looked nice inside. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean property

The clue was perhaps in the name “club” but this is primarily a family resort - oool is very busy and club music on. The worst thing was a private birthday party til 1am on one of my two nights, and the attitude of the staff that I should accept this because “it’s italy”. However I was offered a spa use for one hour to say sorry which I appreciated. Hotel is well located. Food was good.

Great hotel with lots of space for our family of 5 including 2 bathrooms. The staff was so nice and helpful. I would definitely come back with my family.

We had the great fortune to chose Relais Freedom for our week’s holiday with our three teenagers, we had a superior 2 bed apartment. This place is absolutely beautiful, the views are breathtaking and it is easily the best pool area we’ve holidayed at with our kids. So scenic, so relaxing, heaps of v comfortable sunbeds & umbrellas, lovely chill out music playing all day. What really elevates the experience here though is the staff - they are wonderful. Friendly, courteous, professional, always smiling. It’s a beautiful place to holiday and judging from the fantastic staff it is also a place they are all happy to work too. 5 stars, would award more if I could. We were there before the high season (3rd week of June) so it was quiet mid week which suited us. We had a car and ate in a different place every evening - Sorrento, Positano, Marina del Cantone, Sant Agata, etc. A great place to easily tour the surrounding areas from. We also ate at Capriccio’s the evening we arrived after our drive from Rome, also excellent. There was a great herb & vegetable garden between our apartment and the pool, so no surprise their food is so good and fresh!

We loved staying, good for family and place is very remote and uphill. Over all we had a good time. Wish club includes pickup and drop to Sorento city center makes to connect the city/town.

I booked several rooms for a group of seven friends and family! Even before we arrived the customer service was impeccable! They assisted me in booking excursions, room assignments and answering a plethora of questions I had before arrival! Once we arrived, they assisted us with all of our luggage (which was A LOT), they allowed us to check in very early and had our rooms available and near one another. They also allowed us to eat breakfast upon arrival! The rooms were clean, cute and exactly as stated when booking. We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Not only did the rooms and amenities make the stay but so did the ENTIRE staff! The staff and their customer service was the highlight! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond! I definitely will be back sooner than later!

Déplorable ! Je déconseille vivement cet hôtel. Le personnel n est pas du tout arrangeant. Ils sont intéressés que par votre argent et pas du tout votre confort. Je ne mettrai jamais les pieds dans cet endroit.

The staff are amazing so helpful and pleasant. I loved how small and quiet the hotel was. I would definitely go back. The place was immaculate and had a romantic feel to it.

Great scene around this hotel, we shall arrange a day to stay in the hotel for enjoying the swimming pool and others. Staff are friendly n polite. Comfortable stay experience in such a quiet place.

This was the worst hotel I stayed in. I do not recommend this to anyone. Stay away.

È un posto fantàstico, la piscina favolosa, la stanza molto spaziosa è cómoda, la attenzione è il servizio molto cordiali, la zona centrica perchè rimane a 15 min da Sorrento, 15 min da Nerano é 40 min da Positano

Vi hadde noen fantastiske dager i Italia. Hotellet ligger i vakre omgivelser og har et flott og innbydende bassengområde. Hyggelig og kunnskapsrik betjening som kom med gode råd om transport og utflukter. (et lite minus var sengene)

Nous avions choisi cet hotel pour la piscine, malheureusement elle n’était ouverte que de 9h à 18h. Le responsable à la piscine insistait pour nous placer en 3e rangée, puisque comme nous étions déjà clients de l’hôtel, et désirait laisser ces places disponibles pour les clients du beach club. Autre point négatif: matelas très inconfortables. Point positif : Maria-Lucia qui s’occupait si bien de nous et du ménage de notre appartement.
