L’hôtel à accepter que nous arrivions tard compte tenu de notre heure d’arrivée à l’aéroport. Cependant, aucune indication quand à l’arrivée sans réceptionniste, nous avons patientez dehors sans réponse au téléphone ni à l’interphone, puis quelqu’un a fini par nous ouvrir sans explication et nous avons de nouveau patientez jusqu’à comprendre que nous devions nous même entrez derrière le comptoir de la réception et prendre nos clés de chambre. La chambre était bruyante et vraiment très sale, nous avons même eu une salle de bain avec la chasse d’eau qui se transformait en fontaine pour inonder la salle de bain. Nous avons fait par de ce problème dès que possible, la réparation a été faite dans l’après midi, cependant pas de geste, ou de réelle excuse de la par de l’hôtel pour la gêne occasionnée. Le seule point positif est l’amabilité de la réceptionniste que nous avons heureusement croiser pour notre problème, malgré le fait qu’elle parle uniquement italien.

The hotel is close to the bus and train stations, and the area is relatively dirty, but the hotel and rooms were perfectly cleaned. Electrical appliances function there barely. There is almost nothing functional. The area was also quieter than other parts of the city. The kitchen needs to be repaired and needs a little more cleaning as no one uses that part. The shortage of electrical power was causing lots of trouble. I was even unable to use the hairdryer with the hot air blower. The cleaner girl was very helpful, and she kept my room clean and tidy always. The communication with the hotel owner was always great. They even let me in early. 

Habitación con lo imprescindible descuidada con ruido permanente de la caja de electricidad. Sin ningún útil de cocina. Figura que están dentro de los dotación del apartamento. En resumen no volvería nunca.

Il soggiorno seppur breve non è stato un buon soggiorno.

Es un alojamiento bueno, limpieza dentro de lo normal si lo compraras con el precio que se paga.

La pulizia non è il suo forte. Non abbiamo mai visto la proprietà. Cucina disponibile ma inutilizzabile.

Un hôtel plutôt sécurisé, avec deux portes qui se ferment à l’entrée puis les logements individuels à l’intérieur, rue un peu bruyante et un peu sale mais il y a le bus 109 à proximité qui va dans le centre donc très pratique, quelques commerce et tabac (pour acheter les tickets de bus) à proximité. Lieu assez ancien mais correct Personnel ne parlant pas très bien anglais mais on a réussi à bien se comprendre Bon séjour

Struttura pulita e in ordine. Unica nota dolente è il quartiere fatiscente in cui si trova.

Rubinetteria vecchia e box doccia con muffa. Finestre che si affacciano sul pianerottolo è cattivo odoro di nicotina in bagno.

Il prezzo è buono. Non è lontano dal centro. Manca cura dei particolari: in cattive condizioni maniglie, cucina a gas, doccia, doccetta (che perde acqua), macchie sul muro (che si potrebbero rimuovere con gomma pane), dotazioni scarse di carta igienica e bagno schiuma, assenza quasi continua alla reception e numero che mi aveva contattato che non risponde.

Ottima offerta qualità prezzo i dintorni purtroppo sono abbastanza squallidi ma questo non è imputabile alla struttura che purtroppo è allocato in una delle tante traverse squallide di Palermo

There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty .

Funzionale

The air conditioning was broken, the kitchen was broken, no silverware, no pots, no plates no glasses, nothing! The wifi was working one day, one day not, one day yes, one day not... There were cockroaches in the room, the drains in the bathroom smelled horrible and the area where the hotel is located is bad. We do not recommend this hotel.
