Overall just a mediocre experience at the hotel. Very small hotel with only 1 lady for housekeeping service. We had to be very proactive to make sure our room got cleaned. Unfortunately I didn't find hotel staffs to be particularly attentive or friendly. Location wise it is unbeatable.

바포레카 바로 앞의 위치에 역도 가깝고 버스, 트램 등 모든 교통, 우아하고 멋진 시설, 성벽을 끼고있는 독특한 외관 모두 만족스러웠어요

베네치아 산타루치아에서 도보로 3분정도 걸리는 거리에 위치해있습니다. 캐리어를 끌고 계단 다리를 올라가야하는 단점이 있습니다. 체크인 시 리셉션에서

Loved staying here! 3 women traveling and it felt very safe. The staff was amazing. The stopper for the bathtub wouldnt work, within minutes they found another one and brought it to the room. The shower was amazing with great water pressure. The room was spacious. We loved having the coffe machine and a good sized refrigerator. The beds were comfortable and the a/c was cold. The location was perfect, close to the train station, water bus, supermarket and taxi stand. The hotel offers a luggage Porter for a reasonable price, it was worth it! We will be staying here again, it was perfect!

Excellent location for getting on, off and around the islands….close to ALL modes of transportation. The staff were EXCELLENT. The European split king mattress is aweful! Plenty of USB ports and power. Room lighting is awkward but the bathroom night light is good. Breakfast is confusing but if you are hungry get the “full breakfast” and order whatever you want…. Once you figure out what they have, it’s very good. The TVs are a little dated but bring a HDMI and you can tap into the screen with your own blue tooth device or laptop.

Staff was absolutely fantastic. Location couldnt have been better. Nothing but great things to say.

Incredibly attentive staff - best experience I’ve ever had with staff attending to every question and anticipating needs. The breakfast was lovely with delicious omelets and cappuccinos. Good gluten free and dairy free options as well. Highly recommend!!

The staff were lovely but our 1st room had a toilet that didn’t flush. We told staff & they said they’d look at it. When we returned they said they were able to fix it. We returned to our room and it still did not flush. So they sent someone else up and he could not. They said the only level room left was a lower tier and then they’d move us to a nice room. We had traveled to Santa Chiara and were tired. We had unpacked and the thought of having to pack up again the 1st night and then again the next day was too much. We felt the choices were not good. Hard to believe they didn’t know the Toilet didn’t work prior to our arrival. So they left an access area we had to reach in to flush, and my husband scraped his had in doing so. The next morning I took a shower and reached for a towel, which had brown stains on it. They apologized and offered us ‘free breakfast’ which was nice, but in all reality we should not have been charged for that 1st night.

This hotel is in a great location but if you happen to have a room overlooking the bus station and park, good luck getting any sleep. People were partying all night in the park including setting off fireworks and really loud bangs of unknown origin. Then they start power washing the sidewalks at 4:30am. Both nights there we didn’t get much sleep. The room was ok. Relatively clean but stains on the blanket. We are very disappointed because we paid a lot of money for this room!

Excellent location that is great to the water taxi and from the train station. It was very clean and staff was very nice. We will stay her again .

This is a great hotel, with friendly and helpful staff, in a convenient location in Venice, right on the Piazzale Roma. Just steps from where our van transport dropped us off and just steps to catch the Airport Bus the next morning. A great breakfast too! Would definitely stay there again when in Venice!

Stayed here recently and was very disappointed. The room was not as advertised. There was visible black mold in the bathroom and the WiFi did not work at all. For a “4-star hotel” this is unacceptable. We couldn’t stay even one night and left early. If you’re looking for a nice, charming hotel, this is not it.
