Sina The Gray

쇼핑목적이라면 더이상 나은 위치는 없어요. 리나센테를 1일 2회정도 방문했는데 쇼핑백을 계속 로비에 갖다두면서 쇼핑해서 너무편했어요. 다만, 객실은 좀 많이 작아요. . ㅜ

Location was great but the room was like a closet sized and airconditioning wasn’t working so it was hot. After multiple calls they brought in a fan. Didn't offer any compensation.

I loved the location. The staff was extremely nice. The room very spacious. I loved being able to enjoy the roof pool next d’Orr at their sister hotel!

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Sina The Gray in Milan. I had accidentally made two bookings for the same dates—one at Sina The Gray and another at Sina De La Ville, which is located right next door—due to the hotels being part of the same group and having very similar names. This was my first visit to Milan, and I mistakenly thought I was booking the same hotel twice. Once I realized the error (after checking into Sina De La Ville), I immediately informed the staff and contacted Hotels.com to try to resolve the issue. Despite the bookings being with the same hotel group and the mistake being obvious, Sina The Gray refused to offer even a partial refund. I was charged for the full three-night stay despite not using the room at all. I made multiple efforts to speak with the manager at Sina The Gray in person, but she was unavailable each time. I was first told that managers do not work on weekends and to return on Monday after the weekend, and then again asked to come later on Monday afternoon—at which point I had to leave Milan. At no point was a manager available to speak with me directly during my stay, and no other staff member was willing to help or escalate the issue. While I understand that the mistake was mine, I expected a basic level of empathy and customer service—especially from a hotel of this category. Instead, I was met with rigid policies and indifference. Due to this experience, I will not be staying at any Sina Hotels in the future.

Great location, awesome staff

Right next to Galleria Vitturo Emmanuel II. Nice location for a 2 day trip, not more... Rooms are very small, breakfast is fair, nothing extravagant,

As far as the location goes it is hard to find The place is hidden almost in a shopping center The lobby is nice but the rooms lace update, the room that we received needed lots of repair, when we made a complaint they did offer us a upgrade

The first room was too small I asked to move into a larger room which was promised and then we were moved to a junior suit which was at two level story bed room and bath was upstairs and the sofa which would get into a bed was downstairs BUT there was no bathroom or even a mirror downstairs all closets for clothes were downstairs as well Not a good plan for three older ladies BUT location was great , staff were real friendly They knew from beginnings that we were three people and we paid a huge payment for the room I booked

I love this hotel. Its in the center of Milano. Breakfast is excellent. Staff i reall loved them and thanks all of them gor their wonderful hospitality. Not only reception everyone workong in the hotel is helpful cherrful and love it. I will come and stay again. Location and people is the best in this hotel. Hughky recommend everyone

The hotel staff were extremely helpful in arranging transportation from/to the airport as well as to other cities on our trip. The room was upgraded free and was so very nice and comfortable. The location is central to the city center to walking was so easy! Would definitely go back!

Conveniently located in the heart of the old city next to all monuments & museums . Kind welcome

Odaya ilk girisimizde bizi tatlıyla karsıladılar. Oda cok temizdi ve her temizlemeden sonra bize çikolata ikram ettiler. Tüm çalışanlar cok nazikti ve güleryüzlüydüler. Odamız soğuk olunca çok bekletmeden ısıtıcıları getirdiler. Ailece cok memnun kaldık. Otelin konumu cok iyiydi. Duomo ve Galeri’nin hemen arkasındaydı. Coğu yere yürüme mesafesiydi.

This hotel is right next to duomo, very convenient shopping and access and night life. But, if you like quiet and less people traffic, this may not be for you. Otherwise, this hotel is amazing, beautiful and close by many sightseeing spots.

Just nice hotel well located, not 5 stars given the rooms and quality of food. Breakfast : 2 croissant’s and a cappuccino cost 45 euros
