Had mold in our shower with floor tiles coming up. On the upper rooftop area there is a lot of green mildew that could be easily cleaned but obviously isn't.

The resort has an excellent location right next to the sandy beach. We politely passed on the beach set (umbrella and sunbed for €25), as jellyfish usually appeared in the water in the afternoon. The description and, above all, the photos mix two separate things. The resort itself does not actually have the mentioned indoor pool. Guests can only access it during a limited time window, and you are even required to wear a shower cap from your room. The same applies to the gym, which belongs to the SPA, not the resort. On top of that, the receptionist has to personally escort every single guest through what feels like three other SPA reception desks just to grant you access. You can completely forget about hitting the gym or doing a few laps before breakfast. Be careful—if you choose this place based purely on the description and photos, you will be disappointed. The parking lot is definitely not private for resort guests. The entire area, including the spots designated for the resort, is used by SPA visitors—mostly seniors. Watching a beat-up Fiat Panda park right next to a Lamborghini Urus while a mobility-impaired retiree tries to squeeze out is almost enough to give you a heart attack. I think it would be only fair to clarify the actual amenities of the resort and stop using photos from the neighboring SPA.

The beach was great. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff were super helpful and so kind. Love it!

Everything very convenient, well maintained, and comfortable. Having direct access to the beach and an excellent bar/small lunch restaurant on site made everything easy. Thank you to the wonderful staff, who helped us book massages and pool time, and helped us coordinate travel to the train station in Ravenna.

nicer than it appeared in photos. nice beach. nice breakfest. large rooms. right next to two beach bars. disappointed we were not able to get later checkout for even 1 room - we had 3 rooms initally and cruise boarding was 3pm. they could have been more accomodating as check in isnt til 4.

What a lovely hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast and the beach very much. We can’t wait to come ba k. Transportation in town was unreliable so plan accordingly.

Great stay and easy access to beach and restaurants.

Very nice property. Clean and staff was friendly. Parking was a little difficult because they allow others to use their parking lot for beach access

There was no food available at 5:00. The restaurant had dinner at 7:30. There were snacks available but not dinner

The room was okay. It did it's job. Bathroom was nice size and clean. The amenities were not there whatsoever. We stayed for 3 nights, the bar was open only once. The hotel does not have a restraunt and you could go to one of the other restraunts along the beach, except none of those were open either. Needless to say, breakfast was about all you would get. The thermo pool staff were rude. Never were we told in communications you would need a shower/pool cap. So she copped an attitude when we told her why would we be providing our own cap when we didnt even know we needed one. There was a large pool and 2 narrow pools. We were only given access to the large pool which was lukewarm at best. Turns out that was not the thermal pool, the narrow pools were the thermostat. So we didnt even get to enjoy the "hot spring" pool. You couldn't use the beach loungers without paying extra for them. This is not how the property is advertised one bit. The experience would have been absolutely horrible if it weren't for the front desk ladies, who were absolutely fantastic.

Accommodating and friendly staff. They spoke English, which was also super helpful. Overall perfect experience before we boarded our cruise ship.

A relaxing weekend after 2 weeks of travel in Italy, our second stay. We so enjoy the beach walkout rooms. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Easy parking.

Front desk was so helpful. She arranged vans to get us to our cruise. Also ordered delivery pizzas for us. No language gap here!

I would not recommend staying at this property at all it’s a catfish from the pictures online the staff was not helpful at all ! Everything closes early so make sure you eat and cabs are very pricey
