Thalya Luxury rooms lives up to its name, the space feels luxurious, with a spacious room tastefully furnished and a bathroom that looks like a spa. It’s well located, just a few minutes walk from the Siracusa train station and bus station, and ~15-20 min walk to the Ortigia town center. The manager and staff are very nice and hospitable. The only drawback is that the shower water takes a long time to heat up. Otherwise, had a very comfortable stay.

Veronica gave us an extensive list of options to look at for visiting the local area, as first time visitors. You do have to carry your luggage up 1 1/2 flights of stairs. It is a good location for a 15 to 20 minute walk to Ortigia, which is a must visit. The bed was quite comfortable and the shower had plenty of room for a big man. It did take about one minute for the shower water to become hot. Parking is in short supply outside the building but a short walk to the train station provided ample space for free parking. All in all, it was just fine. GP

Was absolutely perfect, lovely, very clean, tidy and comfortable. Amazing location to explore. And I big shout out to to the owner / host she was amazing!!! I arrived very late in the evening and she accommodated my every need for entry etc, also gave me very useful insight to the area….honestly my stay was just fantastic. Couldn’t recommend highly enough 👍😊

Chambre propre excepté la douche qui a besoin d'être nettoyée et réparée . Super bon emplacement pour visiter Syracuse. Personnel disponible et très courtois .

The hotel staffer is nice, very helpful and we can communicate with each other in English. The hotel is close to train station and town centre but it takes a little time to locate it. The hotel sign board is quite small and not so easy to identify. There is an Asian restaurant next to the hotel which I enjoy having food there. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the building and there is no elevator. I appreciate and thank that the hotel staffer gives me a helping hand to deliver luggage to my room.

Check-in/ check-out was easy. Staff were very helpful and sat down with me to discuss suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants in the area…which was helpful. Location was 3 blocks from the train station which brought us directly to Catania airport in an hour. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the bridge crossing into Ortegia.

Had a warm welcome at arrival, with lots of useful information from passionate hosts. The rooms were large, clean and well equipped with big bathrooms and great inviting showers. Rooms had TVs with Amazon sticks so could log into streaming services in the evening, which was a nice touch, when it became too chilly to be out! Ortiga was beautiful, great food, lots to see and do.

ホテルとしては良かった。ぢ場所が分かりにくかった、タクシーに乗ったら、歩いて2分のところを15ユーロ取られた。不愉快だった。

The room was very clean and modern, the bed was super confortable. The host was very nice and helpful. Overall great stay. The only downside of this B&B is the parking is not guaranteed and fairly hard to get.

Beautiful property in a busy (but quiet) area. We only stayed one night but the host was very kind, welcoming and personable. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! All the best foods are in Ortigia, which is a 15-20 min walk from the property.

初めてのシラクーザでここに宿泊しました。3泊しましたが、とても快適でした。オルティジア島にしか興味がない人にはおすすめしませんが、シラクーザの色んな場所を見て回りたい、街歩きの好きな人にはおすすめです。駅からもバスターミナルからも徒歩3〜4分でした。 スタッフはとにかく親切で、明るくて、友だちになりたくなります。

This place was a welcome refuge in the heat of Syracuse. Such a comfortable bed, fantastic air conditioning and an amazing waterfall shower. Very close to the central bus and train stations. Equidistant from the beautiful Ortigia and the archeological park. Staff were really friendly and responsive.
