프렌트 데스크 담당자와 식당의 직원들이 불친절하여 호텔의 이미지가 않좋았지만, 오히려 벨보이의 친절함에 다시 기분 전환이 되었습니다.

Staff was great and property was clean but minor issues in our room made it a bit problematic (lights not working, door exceptionally loud when opening and closing)

The front desk and restaurant staff were very helpful and made the stay enjoyable.We stayed on the second-floor mezzanine, which meant we had to carry our 4 suitcases up a set of stairs. If we had known before our room was assigned, we would have requested a different one. Our room was beautiful and spacious for a family of three. We had a King and a twin sofa bed. There were some challenges getting the TV to stream, which wasn't a big deal, so we gave up (and the remote had to be changed). The room had a lot of light but, unfortunately, faced an interior stairwell, so we had to keep the blind closed for most of our stay so others couldn't see into our room. Additionally, the glass shower was opposite the sink, so there was no privacy for someone taking a shower. The rooftop terrace and restaurant are where I spent most of my time at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and coming out onto the terrace throughout the day and in the evening was a treat. The hotel is situated in a walkable area, about 12-15 minutes to the Colosseum and 15-20 minutes to the Spanish Steps. We would definitely stay again.

The Hotel is very outdated, the rooms are small and dark, the only good thing is the location. By the way the view from the rooftop is horrible, nothing to see.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Glam. The room was nicely decorated. Clean, and neat. There was an elevator. The terrace was really nice for the evenings after a long day. Also included breakfast was nice to start the day!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Glam Hotel in Rome. The location is excellent, making it easy to walk to many of Rome’s major attractions while still being surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops. Our room was modern, comfortable, and well appointed, providing a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. What really made our stay memorable, however, was the outstanding staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help, making us feel welcome from check-in to departure. The rooftop terrace restaurant and bar is a real highlight. The views over Rome are beautiful, and it’s a wonderful place to enjoy a drink or a meal. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and both were very good, with a nice selection and attentive service. The only minor drawback was the housekeeping schedule. Our room was typically not serviced until after 2:00 p.m., which was a bit inconvenient during Rome’s summer heat. We often returned to the hotel in the early afternoon to escape the extreme temperatures for a couple of hours, but our room had not yet been cleaned. It wasn’t a major issue, but an earlier housekeeping service would have made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, The Glam Hotel offers a fantastic location, excellent accommodations, outstanding staff, and a beautiful rooftop experience. We would happily stay here again on a future visit to Rome.
