전통적이고 아름다운 호텔~ 깨끗하고 편안했어요~ 호텔에만 있는것만으로도 피렌체 분위기를 느낄수있었고 조식도 훌륭했어요~ 무엇보다 세인트레지스의 친절한 환대와 서비스가 일품이었습니다^^

Nice view,good location for shopping, nice staffs ,just that I expected

I have to say, we were disappointed. Although the hotel is lovely and the location perfection, the staff were not what we are used to at this level of hotel. There wasn’t anyone ever manning the door, concierge services didn’t offer support on their own and didn’t really have answers when we asked questions, etc. That being said, the staff at breakfast were lovely and on their game, but for the cost of the St. Regis, every element of the stay should be flawless.

The staff members were so welcoming and did everything to make our stay absolutely perfect. When I return to Florence, I won’t stay anywhere else. Eduardo at breakfast gave the most amazing shopping recommendations and made the stay even more enjoyable. From the front desk staff to the butler team, our stay was the best ever!

Nice property in a great location.

We loved the room service and check in/butler experience. The hotel is very clean as well. The spa experience was so-so and the taxi service was unprofessional and much below standard.

Wonderful stay for 7 nights in Feb. The staff in the HOTEL are top notch and will stay here again. Easy to walk to all locations and the concierges are very good!
