역시 세인트 레지스 입니다~! 화려하고 아름다운 로비, 친절한 직원들, 허니문이라고 맛있는 케잌도 챙겨주셨어요~! 머무는 동안 최선을 다해 편안하게 묵을 수 있도록 도와줍니다~ 다음에 또 로마를 방문하면 세인트레지스 또 머물고 싶네요:)

좋은 위치, 안락하고 편안한 객실.

리셉션 직원의 친절하고 유쾌한 응대에 아주 즐거분 숙박이었으나 메이드가 마지막날 무료제공 물도 안 넣어놓고 컵도 비치하지 않았으며 수건의 갯수도 적어서 매우 불편했습니다. 버틀러서비스를 요청했으나 오지도 않았습니다.

위치 : 트레비 분수까지 걸어갈 수 있고, 지하철 역이 가까우며, 떼르미니 역도 가까운 장점이 있어요. 로비나 바 등 시설이 굉장히 웅장하고 고급스럽게 느껴집니다. 옆에 바로 모세상이 있어서 외관 사진도 멋지게 나옵니다. 전 저와 어린이(초등학생)이 함께 갔는데 상당히 만족합니다.

The hotel itself is elegant, clean, and luxurious—but what truly made our visit memorable was the outstanding service. A special shout-out to Karolina, the restaurant manager, who went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible dining experience. She was attentive, professional, and always made us feel welcome. We’d also like to thank Francesco, the exceptional restaurant server, who provided top-notch service with a warm, friendly attitude. His attention to detail and care truly made our meals even more enjoyable. Lastly, Giulia, the gracious hostess, made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Her welcoming demeanor and thoughtful approach added a personal touch to our experience. We highly recommend The Saint Regis—not only for its comfort and beauty but for a team that genuinely cares about their guests. We’ll definitely be back!

St Regis Rome is a magnificent hotel Location, excellent, staff, excellent, good, excellent, charm, incredible. Everything about this hotel is magical. I have to mention two members of staff even though every single member of staff were incredible. Pietro and Marco who both work in the bar and dining area made my stay one of the most memorable visit to any hotel I've ever had. Really great people, thank you.
