Food served at the hotel restaurant was horrible having no other place available nearby, while the room itself was not bad albeit having changed twice to cater to my requirements. The surrounding environments are goog enough to compensate a long access thereto from motor ways.

Is was a great pleasure to stay at this villa surrounded by history. Daniele took us up to the 5th floor to see the view by night - stunning. We had a lovely stay and would stay again if possible. Angie

Property is amazing to visit . But the hotel is poorly managed. AC doesn’t work Wifi none existent rooms are bare. beds uncomfortable showers are moldy Hair dryer does not work

Certainement ma pire expérience en Italie. A fuir !! Suite Junior réservée. Nous arrivons tard dans la nuit et trouvons les toilettes repeint d’excréments (voir photo). En demandant à l’accueil un changement de suite, il m’annonce d’abord que l’hôtel est complet puis me facture un supplément de 40€ car l’autre suite est plus grande. 45min de discussion à 1h du matin pour enfin aller dormir. Clou du spectacle, le lendemain au petit déjeuner le personnel se fiche de moi. Hôtel sale, literie catastrophique (voir photo) et personnel antipathique. Seul point fort, le bâtiment, un ancien hôtel particulier sur les hauteurs de Rome.

No AC, dim lights, some are not functioning, shower door does not fully close. Refrigerator does not cool down. Pillow is too thin, very uncomfortable mattress. Breakfast was good.

Incrível!! Um dos lugares elegantes que nós nos hospedamos!! Muito lindo , na verdade , o hotel é uma somatória de detalhes que fazem a estadia um momento único, a beleza, a sofisticação, o atendimento, o café da manhã, realmente é excelente

Stunning 16th century villa located in the hills woth a gorgeous view of Roma. Don't expect too much in the way of wifi ir cell coverage. I had no internet in my room for the 1st 2 days. Breakfast was shockingly bad. The hot food was always cold and they ran out of concentrate for the juice machine on my second day there. The service however was excellent. Francesco is a superb asset for the hotel and he was a genuinely nice person. My room was very basic, with no coffee making facilities or anything in there. The fridge in the room didnt keep anything cold, it just served as a place to store your dribks with a light. As much as i liked it there, i will not be returning, however beautiful it is.

I like the location the kindness of the staff

Hardly any maintenance done. Quite out of dat and superior room is only about size, nit comfort. Two shower heads of which flexible one was not working, flush was random working, safe lock not working. Breakfast free but not really great on healthy options

OK for one night but not much longer. The check in experience was lacking any kind of excitement and overall, the room is pretty gloomy with poor quality bed. The bathroom had all the amenities and more which was great but cleaning both in the bathroom and in room could be a lot better (especially where the room we had was carpeted).

Having a party with loud music right underneath our room for hours when we try to get to sleep was very, very disturbing
