The property was beautiful and offered great views and even had a small private pool. The space was welcoming and large, perfect for a small family! We do recommend the resort, especially during hot months, to have the AC units serviced appropriately as there aren’t many close dining options so most meals are prepared in the home, and no AC in the kitchen was miserably hot. We did have a difficult time after check in to get in touch with the resort to arrange transportation in a timely manner. We did find someone off site that helped us get where we needed to be and was super kind. There were some loose animals on site that were nice but they did jump in the pool, wouldn’t get out and scratched my son’s back up pretty. Nothing bad against the resort, but they may want to address with others staying on site to secure their animals just in case.

Pros: Loved that the property was gated and secluded. I didn't mind the other home facing the villa at all. Both were designed beautifully. Great for photo ops, definitely took many. The floor plan was great! The bedrooms were on opposite sides of the villa, we didn't use the other bedroom though. Loved the walk-in shower. The view was breathtaking. Cons: For a two-bedroom villa, I didn't understand paying $180 extra for a child. I even paid for birthday decor with the #7 balloon days before arriving and the fee wasn't mentioned. I was extremely overwhelmed after arrival and the surprising fees made me stress more. There were no pots or pans to cook in. My fiancé' had to cook eggs in the microwave. For our three-night stay, we only had one towel each and couldn't request more. I will try a resort the next time I visit; many of my clients said it's better. This villa is in a great location, just didn't meet my expectations.

The property was absolutely stunning. Located just minutes from the airport, hip strip and retail stores, the property was hidden on a hill top. The villa provided open, airy accommodations. All windows and doors, 360 degrees, could be open, No AC was needed. The rooms were clean and spacious. I highly recommend this property for Friends, solo travel or business. Not appropriate for couples, as it lacks some privacy since it is located adjacent to a family estate. The kitchen could use a bit of an upgrade and some additional accessories and utensils to entertain. Other than that, no complaints. I will definitely visit again and refer others.
