A bit far from ski resort but could get aid for free riding when schedule met, though it said no riding service available when I asked by email before trip. All staff were amazingly nice and friendly. One thing to be desired was there’s no bath tub.

Everything was amazing. The place was exceptionally clean and the staff was very helpful. The level of service I received, from the concierge to the receptionists, was first class. I will definitely stay at the Akazora again.

Great location, partners with the local ski rental shop made for easy pick up and returns, super friendly/helpful staff, very clean and spacious suites.

This hotel has a very good location - it’s a ~10-15min walk to the closest ski lift and plenty of restaurants, food trucks, and convenience stores nearby. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They are english speaking which made the whole experience much easier. They provided us with recommendations of the area and also helped us coordinate the ski lift passes beforehand, so we were able to receive it upon check-in. They also helped us book the shuttle to the airport for our check out day which made transportation less stressful. The hotel is fully equipped with all your skiing needs. There is a locker space in the basement and the room itself has a laundry with plenty of space to hang your gear. We had the 2bedroom unit for 3 people and it was very spacious to allow for all our luggage. One downside for us - you can hear people outside on the street pretty clearly until around 11pm or 12am. The surrounding area gets pretty busy.

Had a great week's stay at Akazora. Really convenient location to dining, bars. Green line ski shuttle stops on same road for travel to King and Ace Gondalas.

Great place to stay. Need first stop on Grand hirafu bus line. Rooms are big. Have a washer dryer combo in the room. Have a nice little kitchen area. Staff was great. They were super helpful and kind. Will definitely stay again when I return.

Akazora aparment is excellent in every way. Location is walking distance to every highlight spots (AYA ski lift, Seico Mart, several restaurants in the same areas). Room is large and very clean, well equipped with kitchen and utilities. We are lucky to have the room with bathtub. Our room is at ground floor and we can see Mountain Yotei from our window, eventhough it was city view. Overall, our family (two adults and one little kid) is happy very much with ski trip and staying at Akazora.

ひととおりの施設、キッチン用具がそろっております。日本人向けに小皿と菜箸があるとさらによかったです。

3泊しました。キッチンがあって　コロナ禍で安心して食事できました。ただ滞在中　清掃が無いのは理解できますが　ゴミの回収をしてもらえないのは困りました。3泊ともなると　生ゴミが増えるので臭いが気になります。かと言って　ベランダに出すとカラスが来るので　室内に置くしかなく。 それ以外は　とても快適で　また宿泊したいと思います。

地図で見るよりもコンビニや飲食店、ウィンターグッズ販売店までが近くて便利でした。 疲れた体を浴槽で癒したかったので浴槽がなかったのは残念でしたが、壁面に座れる作りになっていました。 洗濯機や洗剤、たくさん干せる物干しなどがとても助かりました。着替えが最小限でも次の日には乾いているので荷物が少なくてすみます！おすすめです！！

Great location. Easy/fast access to lifts by shuttle bus. Building and facilities are new and in good condition. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Furnishings, unfortunately, are not quite up to the standard of the building: a bit cheap and spartan for the price. I expected better. The beds have a cushion on top of the mattress that slides around as you sleep. Not comfortable. Also, the “double beds” are, in fact, singles pushed together. This was also disappointing for the price. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and appreciated the service, but with so many accommodation options nearby, we would look for a place with a better standard of furnishings and bedding.

滞在中、ホテルの隣で工事が行われることになったのですが、予めその旨お知らせいただき、騒音などに関する質問にも丁寧にお答えいただきました。当日は、工事と逆側の部屋だったこともあり、騒音はほとんど気になりませんでした。設備はどれも清潔で、使用方法も日本語と英語で明記されており、快適に使用できました。スタッフの方とお会いしたのはチェックイン時だけでしたが、とても感じのよい対応でした。

とても清潔感のあるお部屋で洗濯機が部屋についているのがとても便利でよかったです。 調味料はありませんが、調理器具は揃っているので簡単な調理もできて助かりました！

６泊しましたが、快適に利用できました。 ２ベッドルームに二人だったので、一部屋ずつゆっくり滞在できました。トイレもシャワー室も２つあってとてもよかったです。スタッフも親切でした。 ・暑かったので、地下の駐車場にレンタカーをとめさせてもらえて良かったのですが、隣の車の止め方の関係で駐車スペースが狭くなって、止めるのに苦労しました。 駐車場所に配慮がほしかったです。 ・例年にない暑さで、リビングしかエアコンがなかったのですが、スタッフがすぐに扇風機をもってきてくれました。 ・乾燥機がないので、洗濯物をベランダに干したのですが、風で倒れてしまいちょっと困りました。 ・テレビが上手くつかず困りました。日本人用にも簡単なマニュワルが欲しかったです。 ・暑かったせいか？蛾や蚊？やハエが少し部屋に入って来ていたので、防虫剤などの準備が欲しかったです。 　昼間は主にドライブをしていたので、途中の野菜直売所で野菜を購入して、すぐゆでて食べたりしましたが、それがとても新鮮でおいしかったです。台所の設備も十分でした。 又、機会があれば秋にでも利用したいと思いました。

2泊3日、2歳の息子と妻と、夏の旅行で快適に過ごせました。部屋は清潔で、広さは十分です。キッチンも機能面で問題なく、しっかりと料理ができました。周辺のレストランなどはあまり開いていませんでしたが、きっと冬には賑わうのでしょう。息子が大きくなったらスキーなどで遊びに来たいです。

Staff was very friendly and they are very helpful. Also their response were very quick and we appreciate their service a lot (pick up / drop off service were arranged on spot and it was comfortable) Ski drying room were a little difficult to find.... so maybe their sign can improve a little.

Close to the restaurants in Hirafu. Staff was friendly and helpful. We booked the premium room stated that bathtub was included but the hotel didn’t have such a room, therefore after clarifying with their management, they decided to upgrade the room free of charge. This is exactly what customers look for in terms of ‘service’. Prompt and decisive customer help.
