Location great. Friendly/helpful staff. Clean space for a hostel. Well-equipped for the price.

Hôtel très propre et personnel très sympathique! Les matelas des lits paraissent fins mais ils restent confortables. Vous n’aurez pas mal au dos (j’y suis restée 1 semaine). Chambre climatisée et peu de bruits des voisins de chambre, par contre prévoyez des bouchons d’oreille si vous voulez dormir longtemps car on entend le bruit de la circulation très tôt le matin. Vous pouvez laisser de la nourriture au frigo sans problème, il y a même du café et du thé à disposition. Parfois, d’autres choses gratuites. Machine et sèche-linge également accessibles. Il vous faut des pièces pour les utiliser (cependant, vous devez payer en carte pour acheter de la lessive à l’accueil) Je recommande vivement l’hôtel à Minamisenju

スタッフさんの丁寧さはとても好印象でした。 設備面も概ね良好でした。 6階の共用洗面台が1基故障してましたが 特に影響はなかったです。 22時以降の出入りで躓きましたが スタッフさんが対応してくれたのでクリアしました。

アメニティやパジャマやタオル等は別売りとは知らず平衡しました。 日本人の当たり前と外国人の当たり前が違うと言う事を痛感致しました。 因みに付近にローソンが購入致しました。

Personnel, super agréable. Petit bémol au niveau des chambres car trop petite si vous avez des valises et le matelas est inexistant donc pas très agréable à dormir

Awesome place and stay. The bed, though a bit stiff, was incredibly comfortable. My only issue wasn't with the staff, but the other guests. They seemed to take the "stay quiet past 10pm" rule as more of a light suggestion. That isn't the fault of the establishment itself, though.

Evening staff were super friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure getting to know them!

Really nice hostel, very clean, nice rooms and close to the train station.

I stayed in a room with 2 bunk beds where the bunk beds took up 90% of the space. If you're into practicing your acrobatics, give it a shot... hard to organize your stuff this way. sound is very hard to manage as well... I feel like they skimp in ways they shouldn't have to. Service was great.

We had a very great time here. Actually, we had a big mishap concerning our luggage and luggage forwarding, however, the staff went above and beyond to help us retrieve our lost luggage. Without them, we may not have gotten our items back. Additionally, the facilities and amenities were great! I would absolutely recommend AND HOSTEL to friends and family traveling to Tokyo!

Staff were very professional and welcoming. Explained the culture of the area and helped tremendously with any needs. Sleep quality was poor d/t the fact that the building walls are hollow and the noise kept me from achieving anymore than two hours sleep.

壁の薄さもあり、他の部屋からも、自分の部屋の音にも気を使うことが多く、リラックス出来なかった。その他は良かったと思う。

After 3 hostels/guesthouses in a row, we were really happy to stay at ∧ Hostel Minamisenju. We liked that the building and facilities were newer and cleaner. The person at the front desk was friendly as well. Our room was a little dusty but it was clean enough, though we could have also benefited from a mirror in the room and a few hooks for our towels and clothing items to lessen clutter in such a small room. We liked being able to heat up food in the kitchen, and that there was table/desk space to eat or work on laptops. Although we had to share a bathroom with those on our floor, they seemed to be clean as well (I can't say much about the shower room as we used a nearby sento). We saw that other guests complained about the size of the Compact room, so we got the Superior one instead so we could easily pack/unpack our things. We saw that guests in the smaller rooms would pack their things in the hallway, especially in the middle of the night, and within the quiet hours posted. It would be nice if this was done in the lobby instead to avoid disrupting others.
