The room is huge but very very old and dirty. Hopefully the hotel will keep clean more to meet at least the standard of the hotel criteria. We checked in at night, so we are tired from the trip. It would be better if the staff would not throw the check in job to the trainee who knows nothing like his first day. Due to this, made us tired even more to wait for him to finished checking in job around 30mins. If the permanent staff wants the trainee to work please guide him how to work not let him gone error and dont know how to check in for the guests like that. Also on the checked out day, i was surprised a lot when came back to the room at 9.20am after breakfast that my room was open widely. At that time my belongings and valuable things were spread in the room. I felt terrible with this hotel security and service a lot. And i will not come back here again.

가족여행으로 리조트내의 시설을 이용하면서 숙박하기에는 괜찮습니다만, 저는 시즈오카 주변 관광목적으로 갔었는데 주변 관광할만한 지역과 매우 떨어져있고 산속이라 이동거리가 꽤 길어 2박예약이었지만 1박만 묵고 다른숙소로 이동했습니다^^:;조식서비스는 훌륭했고 청소도 나쁘진 않았으나 리조트 자체가 오래되어 그런지 숙소내 가구등이 오래되었다...좀 낡아있다라는 느낌?직원분들 서비스도 좋았습니다.

Staff was very friendly, room was very spacious. Food was excellent with a great view of mount Fuji. Easy to find with GPS and lots of parking. Very quick drive down to the city, if renting a car be sure to equip winter tires in the winter months incase it starts to snow.

Really enjoyed our stay at Fuji Premium Resort hotel. I got a room that has two bedrooms in it, probably the biggest room we ever had from all of our stays in Japan. It has a separate sunroom and living room and a kitchen. Hotel staff was friendly as well. The laundry machine is free to use, you only need to pay for using the dryer. I had a big load of washing and only needed 300 yen for the dryer and my laundry was perfectly dry when I pick them up. Parking is free too. You do need to drive out a bit to find restaurants, but only a short drive and there are plenty to choose from. We were there in winter. So, the hotel was not busy. This place is probably packed in summer.

Highlight of our stay here is definitely the traditional Japanese buffet breakfast - a healthy spread, the food is delicious and you can see Mr Fuji while dining by the window. The rooms are well heated but a tad old and the furnitures can certainly use some upgrading work. Also as the resort is tuck away in a forested area away from the town, getting to any convenience store or restaurant would be a challenge without a car.

This is a lovely facility with beautiful grounds. The room was wonderful with two separate bedrooms, living area, dining area with great view. Transport to and from train station is available by contacting resort, although had personal vehicle.

広大な施設で愛犬とゆっくりお散歩ができ、とてもいい思い出となりました。

Way too hot and everything has to be scheduled

Very isolated place especially after sunset at 430pm. Recommend for those who relax and rejuvenate traveler. . Not for people who want to see city at night because driving through the 2 forest is quite eerie

Overall it was an excellent experience. I appreciate free shuttle service. Only probelem was that the heating unit in my room was making strange noises, some time too load. Other than that it is an excellent place. Service/staff was excellent too.

温泉利用に制限があり、宿泊した場所により入れないのは残念でした。

Loved the forest walk, the 2 bedroom apartment, the buffet breakfast and dinner. Courtesy ping pong for 1 hour while waiting for an early check in. Tennis available. Enjoyed the shuttle service. All good.

Travel to the resort was challenging. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived hungry and went to the dinner buffet to find all the hot food cold. Instead we picked at the dessert bar and fresh fruit. Our room had dark stains on multiple surfaces and was extremely dated. We heard blood curdling screams multiple times throughout the night, further prompting us to feel unsafe during our stay. As we had already paid for the breakfast buffet, we went to find the same issue with temperatures. We left on the first shuttle out that morning.
