호스트도 친절하고 숙소도 아주 청결하고 고풍스런 분위가가 좋았습니다. 다만 라디에이터인지 탁탁 소리가 나서 잠을 잘 못잔 친구가 있었습니다만 위차나 여러가지로 만족스럽습니다.

4인 가족 여행으로 3박 4일 머물렀습니다. 사장님 너무 좋으시고 친절하세요. 곧 여행 다시 가면 또 방문하겠습니다!

완벽한 숙소였습니다. 주인인 요코는 너무 친절히 저희들을 안내하고 도와주었습니다. 일본식 가정치험을 한것같았고 모든 인테리어도 훌륭했었습니다. 특히 나무욕조안에서 목욕을 한것이 가장 인상깊었습니다.

It was an amazing experience

This stay was absolutely wonderful, and the host was extremely attentive and understanding. The entire house is very well kept, and everything is in great condition. The bedroom and linens were very comfortable, and the large window in the room let's you wake up to a nice natural light (or block it out entirely if that's your thing). We arrived a bit later than expected, and that wasn't an issue. We were given a full tour of the house and amenities along with instructions on how everything worked.

The setting was amazing and perfect for casual photos with our kimono rental. The host was friendly and helpful.

great stay

This is a very special place - we absolutely loved staying here and felt very honored to be able to so! It is an excellent location, close to everything we needed including two train stations, restaurants and shops, laundromat, two convenience stores, and lovely walks. We especially enjoyed walking along the river canal in the evening. The place itself is historic and wonderfully appointed with antiques, as well as very spacious, the most spacious place we stayed in throughout our long trip through Japan. Our host was very kind and we lacked for nothing. I don't recommend it for those with mobility issues, as the stairs to the second floor where the bedroom and toilet are located are steep and narrow. Otherwise, if you would like to experience a little of 'old' Kyoto and have an apartment to yourself, this is it!

The property offered a unique opportunity to stay in a historic building with a unique story. Lots of interesting antique stores in the vicinity and good access to transportation nodes.

We loved the building. Unique and traditional but had wonderful modern upgrades that fit the style beautifully.

This place is elegant and charming. The host welcomed us warmly. It has a small library and my kids were thrilled at its comic book collection.

Loved it. The place used to be a sake brewery and the place smells like sake. The sake bath was also very nice. The place was very clean and special.
