ニジゲンノモリ内での送迎など手厚く対応してくださいました。周辺施設への行き方など親切に教えて下さり楽しい旅になりました。 室内も広々としていて、床暖房もあり快適でした！

Very convenient to Nijigen no Mori, the staffs made us felt so welcomed, and the property is very well maintained. We only stayed one night but I have already decided to book again in my next Awajishima visit, hopefully more people can support them and Nijigen no Mori.

Had an absolutely amazing experience, staff was very polite and made us feel welcomed. The room was clean, cozy and the ambiance was incredible. plenty of activities. Would return for another stay.

I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! The checked in process was incredibly quick and efficient. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the lovely dinner they hosted for guests. It was a delightful experience, showcasing not only great food but also a warm atmosphere that made it feel special. Overall, the helpfulness and courtesy of the staff stood out to us, making our stay even more enjoyable. I believe this hotel truly deserves a high rating for its excellent service and hospitality. I can't wait to return! Highly recommended!

This is definitely one of our most favorite places to stay at in Japan. The staff was attentive, facilities were in great shape, the room was spacious and clean, the scenery was gorgeous (pity it rained so we couldn't see the stars), and the food was excellently prepared. If i could give more than 5*, I definitely would! It's a few minutes away from Niji gen mori, but you can call for a ride from their reception station at the park (next to Parking Lot F, which you can reach by taking a shuttle bus from the Iwaya Port). Keep up the great job, everyone! It was our pleasure staying at Grand Chariot. :)

Excellent service and themed rooms

スライムのコクーンに宿泊しました。 メダル探しは楽しかったです。 部屋も綺麗でした。ウェルカムの果物は切ってある状態かゼリーとかの方がよかったかもしれません。 夕食のすき焼きはちょっと甘すぎて最後はくどいかも。洋風茶碗蒸しはとても美味しかったです。機会があればまた泊まりに行きたいと思いました。

寝室とトイレが離れていて、就寝後に灯りを消してから行きにくいと思いました。 荷物をおける台が、近くにあると助かるとおもいました。 食事も美味しく、景色も最高で非日常をゆっくりと過ごせました。 スタッフの方々の優しい声と素敵な笑顔が最高でした。 ありがとうございました。

We arrived early on a wet day and the staff were great! It was to early to check in but they dropped us at a dry café, gave us umbrellas and a phone for later. Once we could check in we got welcomed at reception with a drink and snack then shown to our room. We had the Naruto room which was absolutely amazing! Decoration, amenities and comfort of it were perfect, plus the exclusive merch and tickets included to the Naruto village and light shows. We also had traditional meals as part of the bundle which were a piece of artwork in themselves. brilliant stay and will be back!

It is highly recommended to stay at this establishment when visiting Awaji Island. The staff provides exceptional service in all aspects. Based on my 25 years of experience working in five-star, five-diamond resorts, I can confidently say that this establishment meets the same high standards.

Absolutely amazing experience! We stayed in the Naruto theme room and the hut was designed so well! The staff are so helpful and considerate and the food for break and dinner was made beautiful and delicious! My partner and I will definitely be coming back! Our stay was fantastic! The staff were so helpful, pleasant and accommodating. It was perfect for a Naruto fan. The included dinner and breakfast were a dining experience that was beautiful and elegant. They went out of their way to make Soba for my son who doesn’t eat seafood. Perfect trip.
