호텔 호우세이

체크인부터 체크 아웃까지 친절했습니다. 조식은 기본적인 깔끔한 식단이 였습니다. (간단한 빵과 과일, 죽과 간단한 일본 가정식) 석식은 사시미 (회)와 메인 (찜이나 샤브계열 간단한 불로 조리하는 음식)3가지가 나오고 디저트도 함께 나옵니다. 회는 항상 주시고 메인요리는 매일 변경됩니다. 직접 가져오는 주류도 함께 먹을수도 있고 호텔 로비에 주류도 팔고 있어서 석식때 구입하여 같이 먹을 수 있습니다. 숙소는 전체적으로 큰 편이구 단지 벽쪽에서 찬바람이 나옵니다. 그리고 온풍기로 난방을 하다보니 실내가 많이 건조해집니다. 온천은 생각보다 작으며 그래도 야외 온천탕과 내부 온천탕이 있으며 깨끗하게 관리 되고 있습니다. 탕의 온도는 계란 반숙이 될거 같은 매우 뜨거운 온도일때가 가끔있습니다. (매우 뜨겁습니다.) 렌트카를 이용하신다면 호텔 직원분이 주차도 해주십니다. (시간을 말하면 차를 호텔 앞에 준비도 시켜주십니다.) 근처 스키장과 원숭이 공원은 무료 픽업 서비스를 해주시는걸로 알고있습니다. (전 렌트카 이용하여서 잘 모릅니다.) 호텔은 천체적으로 연식이 있어서 오래되었습니다. 하지만 깨끗하게 관리하고 있는 느낌을 받았습니다. 직원들은 나이가 있으시지만 친절하게 응대를 잘해주십니다. 가격 대비 좋은 호텔인거 같습니다. 편히 이용하기 좋습니다.

오전 청소시간을 제외한 모든시간 이용 가능한 온천이며 4층에서 보는 마을 분위기는 아주 좋았습니다. 조식도 깔끔하니 괜찮았습니다. 특히나 직원들이 친절하며 차량주차도 엄청 편하게 잘했습니다. 아주 아주 만족합니다. 그리고 숙소 주변에 작은 선술집은 아주 분위기가 좋았습니다.

The staff were all pleasant and friendly. The two girls at reception were helpful and spoke enough English to be understood if not used google translate. The Thai man who looked after breakfast was great. The onsens were fabulous and the temperatures alternated between them on different days The room was a good size (one person) a little dated but that was ok The shuttle to the train station was available any time in the mornings and it was only a 4 minute walk back in the afternoon Lots of restaurants close by Breakfast buffet was plentiful with Japanese and western options available Definitely not a ski in/out hotel as advertised on the websites Would recommend if looking for off the mountain budget accommodation

早餐極失望，有些房間非常舊，房間真的需要提升，晚上九點大堂就完全關燈，走廊也完全關燈，回房間非常深暗！

Really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor onsen experience, the outdoor onsen being a huge highlight as it was snowing outside at the time. The room was really spacious and very comfortable

Taking the price per night into account, the hotel was very good value. The furniture and such are quite dated, but they ae kept neat and clean. The breakfast buffet spread is quite extensive. Mostly Chinese items, given most of their guests, but I enjoyed it. The staff was courteous, though communication is a challenge, which is to be expected in this part of Japan. Improvement opportunities- I would like for them to run their shuttle to the train station later into the evening. And second, post a notice on onsen rules in English in the onsen. Not all western tourists are aware of them, as I found out.

There was a shuttle expecting us outside Yudanaka station, even though it's just a 6min walk to the hotel, but much appreciated when you're carrying bags. The place is beautiful and the private onsen: AMAZING (indoor and outdoor). Breakfast was a nice varied Buffet and loved the provided yukatas. Would definitely go back!

Super hospitality! Partner & I appreciated the hotel free shuttle provided. Staff anf service standard commendable.👍 Wished we had stayed longer. So hope to come back to stay at this hotel the next time.

Cleanliness was lacking . The rooms were dated , and not well well maintained . Toilet smells of dried pee.

All employees in the hotel are nice & helpful.

Fabulous location with lovely traditional rooms. Shuttle to and from station and to the Snow Monkey park with ample time to see the monkeys. Shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Our family of six had a lovely stay! We loved the dinner/breakfast/free shuttle to the snow monkeys and train and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend !

The staff was friendly and nice. The van driver gave us rides to and from Snow Monkey Park and to the train station - very helpful! We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast came with the plan. We also enjoyed the inside/outside hot springs. Affordable hotel with excellent customer service!
