호텔 인디고 도쿄 시부야, IHG 호텔

정말 너무 만족한 숙소 입니다. 기념일이라고 메세지 남겼는데 직원분들의 축하 메세지도 받았고요- 침대에서 누워서 보는 뷰도 너무 환상적이었습니다. 후지산 뷰라니!!!! 식사는 이용하지 않아 평가할 수 없지만 하우스키핑은 너무 좋았어요. 외출 후에 정리된 방에서 잠시 쉬다 다시 외출하고 돌아왔는데 방이 또 정리되어있고 물도 채워져있었어요. 시부야역에서도 너무 가깝고 근처에 도보로 다니거나 지하철로 다니기 위치도 너무 좋았습니다. 공항에서 nex 이용했는데 그걸로도 이동하기 정말 좋았고, 신상호텔이라 그런지 정말 깔끔했습니다. 더불어 직원분들이 하나같이 다들 친절하시고 웃으모 인사해주셔서 좋았어요. 남편과 너무 감동받은 숙박이었습니다.

Nice hotel. Good Staff. A bit weird to have to go up to the 12 floor for reception. To go to the hotel restaurant you had to get out at 12 and then change elevators.

It s good. But for that price , there are choices of better hotels.

Was truly 10 out of 10!!

Super convenient and central to most of Shibuya. Stations were only a short walk away and staff was always super helpful.

Amazing location with a lot entertainments options

The location of this place is convenient, and train stations near by, surrounded by shopping and great food places. It’s located in a busy area but it’s quite quiet, clean and modern. Would be going back!

Outstanding in all facets. The manager went beyond when I got ill. She called clinics in the area. Amazing!

The room was extremely small, hotel is in an area where the streets are so crowded one can hardly walk

Beautiful room, clean, neat. Helpful and kind staff. Breakfast and room service are good options. Close to restaurants and shops. Walkable to train station. It can be a little bit noisy in Tokyo so we had high floor room. Can’t really hear anything from outside except for the sirens and the police talking through the megaphone (it was not frequent).

In addition to amazing location, the hotel is like an oasis inside. Very quiet and great views. Rooms were very comfortable, loved bedding and bath robe was one of the best I have ever had in any hotel. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!

The service from the staff

Great location, if staying in the midst of the Shibuya chaos was on your list haha. My room was great, with nice view of the park. Train station was nearby and even more importantly, so was the Mark City shuttle to the Haneda Airport (about 6-7 minutes). Staff was helpful and friendly. I think it was reasonably priced given the location and amenities.
