호텔 라이브맥스 신주쿠 가부키초 메이지도리

청소를 하는건지 궁금할 정도로 너무 더러웠어요. 쓰레기통 봉지만 갈아끼우고 이불정리만 겨우 하는듯해요.욕실도 얼마나 더러운지 핑크색물때가 가득하고 하수구는 물도 잘 안내려가서 결국 머리카락만 좀 정리해서 썻네요.4박5일이라 다른호텔로 옮기기도 힘들었고 정말 비추천합니다!

에어컨 틀면 침대가 흔들거려 잘 수가 없음

방 값에 비해서 더블룸이라고 하지만 좁음 음료수및 차 종류가 구비 되어 있지 않음

편의서비스가 많이 부족함

체크인 전에 짐을 맡길 수 없어서 아쉬웠어요ㅜㅜ 전망은 벽전망;;;

클리닝 서비스가 없는게 아쉬웠고 에어컨, 환풍기 그리고 공기청정기 마저도 먼지가 껴있는게 아쉬웠습니다. 또한, 화장실과 변기가 분리되어 있는게 사용하는 데에는 큰 불편은 없었지만 당황스러웠습니다. 잠만 자고 가는 개념으로는 괜찮은데 숙박이 중요하신 분들께는 추천드리기는 어려울것같아요. 그리고 흡연실방이 있는 층들은 복도에 담배냄새 장난아니더라구요!

신오쿠보와도 가깝고 주변에 역도 있음. 방 크기도 괜찮은 편. 방 안에 전자렌지가 있어 편리. 체크인 전 짐을 맡겼더니 방으로 옮겨 줌.

There is so small for 3 mens in Twins room. But, it is easy to transportation with metro and walk other Sinjuku hot places. And so it is clean room and so quiet place.

Location was convenient. Price reflects size of room and condition. Staff were accomodating!

Efficient

I have always stayed at this hotel whenever I visit Japan. Over time, the manager and receptionist have become my friends—they are very friendly and accommodating. However, I had a disappointing experience during my recent stay. I discovered that my AirPods went missing, and I strongly believe they were taken by someone from the housekeeping staff. Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time to file a police report, as I had an early flight to catch. I reported the incident to the front desk, and they assured me they would follow up and notify me in the morning. I sincerely hope that my AirPods will be found and returned. My advice to future guests: never leave your personal belongings, especially valuable items, unattended in the room. I truly hope the management will take this matter seriously and take appropriate action. Better safe than sorry.

For the price and all the past reviews i knew what i was signing up for. The hotel was exactly as described in the reviews. The cleanliness is ok if you are not to picky, the service is ok too, the room i small but it's normalbin tokyo. If you need a cheap hotel with a good location in shinjuku this i a place... Not a bad place, not a good place, its just a place. Only bad comment for me tough is that they could not accept to give me an extra pillow. I don't know if it's standard practice in japan to not have any backup pillow in storage but for me i think it says a lot about the service you are offering in a hotel, wich is basically in the service industry.

I wish I could give negative five stars. Itched the entire first night with zero sleep due to dust mites so we complained and were met with unhelpful staff, and we ended up taking the hit and just getting another hotel for the same price that was so much better. If there hadn’t been dust mites, we prob would have gotten over it and stayed due to the location, but how can you charge this much for a place that doesn’t even have clean bedsheets?!?! It’s literally what a hotel is for more than anything else. But it felt so gross as if it was the cheapest Motel 6 in the pits of Arkansas. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The rooms are so tiny that I started feeling claustrophobic. We booked the rooms for an average nightly price of CAD 250 through Expedia, whereas after checking in as we were looking for alternate accommodation, we found the rooms in the same hotel for same dates to be much cheaper (CAD 150 per night) - which we felt was grossly unfair to us. We had booked this for two date ranges - we somehow managed for the first period and cancelled the second booking. Communication with the hotel staff was difficult as they could hardly speak English. It is very conveniently located in a nice area but not worth the price when it comes to comfortable stay.

Location is good. Very tiny rooms and overpriced. Difficult to communicate with staff and not cooperative.
