호텔 지지 교토 기온

The room is big for 4 adults. Microwave and toaster. Full fridge shower was big and has laundry machine in room. The clothes will not dry completely. You need to hang them but there was many hang her. My only complaint was the AC. It was Soo loud! Sounded like there was a hurican in our room.

Self check in - we were provided with a Japanese character but when we got there each room was named with English letters. Could not get a hold of anyone who worked there for 2 hours. Hotel was clean and spacious. Stairs to get to the rooms steep and awkward with luggage. Not all amenities they list available - had to request a microwave be put in common area to use and safe did not work - staff unsure how they worked either. Area quiet and out of the way - 7 minute walk to subway station.

Em nossa penúltima noite, durante a madrugada, fomos surpreendidos por um rato em nosso quarto. Enquanto dormiamos ele fez um barulho tentando abrir um pacote de pão, o que nos fez acordar. O hotel não possui uma recepção 24h, então a única saída foi mandar um e-mail, que só foi respondido na manhã seguinte. Nossa única alternativa foi ficar acordado e tentar achar o rato, mas não conseguimos, então decidimos fazer o checkout antecipado e solicitar o reembolso desta última noite para o hotel, o que foi atendido.

Check in was a bit confusing. There was no one on site even though we areived within the time frame. Room was comfortable and clean. However the stairs are incredibly steep and narrow. We were on the 3rd floor with lots of luggage. No elevator.

Inside of the room was big and nice (especially the bathroom), but be aware there is no elevator and very limited staff. This hotel does not offer luggage delivery but the family mart located two minutes away does offer it. Also, they weren’t super clear about the room cleaning policy (you have to message them to receive cleaning which is definitely not typical for a hotel to do). The area the hotel was located in was very convenient. Overall it was okay, but be mindful of the limitations.

L’esperienza è iniziata in maniera molto negativa con l’arrivo alla struttura senza trovare nessuno ad accoglierci in reception. Dopo svariati tentativi di contattare il personale (nessuna risposta al telefono per circa mezz’ora, nonostante l’orario d’arrivo fosse stato comunicato), riceviamo risposta da un dipendente che ride a crepa pelle al telefono per la situazione, ammettendo di aver dimenticato di mandare le info necessarie per il self check-in. Inoltre, avevamo chiesto se potessimo usufruire del servizio di spedizione dei bagagli visto che arrivavamo da Osaka e l’hotel ha confermato che era possibile e che avrebbero ricevuto i bagagli senza problema. Ovviamente tutto ciò non è avvenuto e siamo riusciti a recuperare i bagagli solo grazie all’airtag presente in uno dei bagagli, che ha significato uno spostamento di 40 mins che ha evitato che i bagagli venissero rispediti indietro ad Osaka. Ciliegina sulla torta, siamo stati attaccati da una signora del luogo infastidita dalla presenza di turisti che ha cercato più volte di impedirci di entrare nella struttura. A parte questa avventura iniziale, la stanza era molto carina, spaziosa e pulita. Inoltre la location è perfetta per raggiungere facilmente e a piedi il centro di Gion. Nonostante lo spiacevole inizio, la struttura ha riconosciuto gli errori commessi e ha deciso di rimborsare il soggiorno.

No coincidían los nombres (símbolos) con las habitaciones, otra familia llegó a la par de nosotros y les fue peor, el que decía que era su cuarto estaba ocupado. La regadera estaba tapada así que tenías que bañarte rápido e ir cerrando la llave para que no se inundara. Las toallas estaban muy feas, una de ellas hasta rota estaba. Cuesta mucho subir y bajar las escaleras con las maletas porque es muy estrecho el espacio. No recomiendo quedarse ahí.

The only issue was no microwave as advertised. Other than that it was a nice quiet comfortable nook that had style. Would recommend.

La chambre que nous avons eu était au premier étage, la pièce est assez grande avec 2 grands lits et une salle de bain séparée. Par compte l’isolation phonique est déficiente. Attention, aucun contact humain réel que des contacts numériques avec un manque d’information notamment sur l’emplacement de la chambre. Le code reçu pour ouvrir les portes très bien mais vous devez chercher votre chambre car les chambres ne sont ni numérotées ni ne portent de nom ! Pour la baignoire, un bouton sur le devant permet sa fermeture, à savoir sinon impossible de prendre un bain.

We enjoyed our stay.

酒店環境十分幽靜，保留了一些舊京都的特色，酒店舒適到十分好，已經是第四次住，下次去京都時也會再光顧！

チェックインフロントの入口が、宿の入口と別になっていて、分かりにくかったです。また、上の階の宿泊客が走ったりしていたのか、足音が少しうるさかったです（宿泊客の問題ですが）。あとは綺麗で良かったです。

A little bit out of the way but so very comfortable with a huge suite. Would definitely recommend!

it was a great stay at a reasonable price

The entry to the hotel was easy. I couldn’t find the lounge or paperwork to properly sign in. The resident next door came out yelling if she even saw a foreigner near by. She scared my children and was completely over-the-top. The room was very nice but we would’ve liked an interior lock. The room was very stylish and comfortable.

ドライヤーが壊れていたのがちょっとあれでしたが、、安かったので総合的には良かったです。

The room looks nice but there are dust everywhere. They don’t pick up trash and they don’t clean the room daily.

You go to bed with the last one who is coming up the stairs with bags during tve night and you wake up with the first one who is moving in the hotel or by the traffic in front of the hotel.

Property is beautiful and located in a nice area. However, the place wasn’t clean, carpet wasn’t vacuumed and the place is very dusty. There is no staff at anytime for us to ask questions or request anything that we need.

Very convenient location close to restaurants shops and transportation. Very quiet street, excellent very happy with our stay
