Bathroom was broken so water overflows on the toilet. We have troubled approximately 2 hours during fixing it. I felt what is the five star hotels with watching trouble shooting process and their attitude. Furthermore, they do effort to satisfy our inconvenience with free break fast during whole stay. I will choose intercontinental first when I go to overseas countries.

위치적으로 긴자와 시부야 사이에 있고 롯폰기까지 걸어갈 수 있어 좋았습니다. 긴자도 아이들만 아니었으면 걸어서 갈 수 있을 것 같습니다. 뷰도 좋았고요. 라운지 음식도 좋았습니다.

It was cosy and quiet. All staffs are polite and friendly. You must visit tepanyaki restaurant on 36th floor in order to enjoy your memorable night in Tokyo with the Tokyotower view!

It was very good experience overall. Especially their kindness was unbelievable. Nice location. The only thing i didnt like was that you can see room is dusty when sunshine comes through the window. U should ask air cleaner before you check in.

We stayed in the Mini suite with our family (2 kids) and the lounge access and breakfast were great for our purposes.

I stayed here in 2018; recent renovations are wonderful. I splurged on a club lounge level room (34th floor) this time and it was worth it. I’ve stayed in many areas of the city on several trips. This hotel is a quick enough walk to Roppongi, train stations, and a Starbucks Roastery (next building). Taxis are also always there. I didn’t go in the pool: too many kids this time of year. For others, this would be a benefit. The only negative is that the hotel is huge and has a conference center feel.

Customer service and attention to detail is always top notch. The room was beautiful, quiet, clean, and super comfortable. They were quick to deliver my bags and anything else I would request. I wish I would have stayed here longer.
