From the time of booking, the service at Intuition has been phenomenal. We are English speaking but communication has never been a problem. The staff organised as much or as little as we liked. In our case they organised the hire car, restaurant bookings and chaffeured us to these places. We stayed at the 4 bedroom apartment which was well and truly worth the money for the beautiful views and comfort. The fire place, private onsen looking at Mt Yotei and wall to wall windows were my personal favourite. The kitchen is huge and has so many appliances including wine coolers. There were four bathrooms and toilets which were made from high quality products. In fact, the entire place seems to have high end and high quality products everywhere. The beds was so soft and quilt felt like a cloud. There is a large coat room and generous storage throughout. We didn’t come up for the ski season but we were so lucky to have some of the early snow fall which made the place feel like a winter wonderland. There is a lot of other local farms and food production places we visited as well as day trips to other places. If I could give this place 10 stars I would for comfort, affordable luxury, attentive service and the beautiful views. I want to come back to Japan so I can come and stay at this property in beautiful Hokkaido again!

Such a beautiful place to stay. Love everything about this property except that the service was not up to par. Staff was not adequate. They also did not have the cake which I ordered in advance but made it up by getting one last min for my husband’s surprise. No housekeeping service here. They should at least offer daily throwing of trash in the room instead of every 2 days.

Väldigt fina lägenheter nära till allt, skidbackar, byn för att handla eller restaurangbesök. Otroligt bra service och bemötande från all personal som var tillmötesgående och gjorde vistelsen till något särskilt. Körde oss vid behov med boendets minibussar. Fin onsen med utomhusbad att avsluta dagen med.

This resort and the staff was amazing, hands down will be on my go to for next year!

The staff was great, very responsive and helpful! Location is very nice, 5mins to the lift and to most nearby restaurants. Facilities are nice, and the conditions are very clean. Amazing stay overall

房間很乾淨，視野很美（但一定要雪景）。 櫃檯人員英文流利，小而美的飯店（飯店設計很有時尚感和美感），我們住宿的時候沒有什麼房客，幾乎沒有遇到其他人。 適合喜歡安靜的旅客。 房間有洗脫烘洗衣機可以洗乾淨所有毛巾，所以也不太需要打掃，我們住三個晚上都沒有要求整理房間。 美麗的廚房廚具和餐具齊全（但木頭砧板太小），老公煮了很好吃的日式火鍋。 房間內的氛圍非常優雅浪漫，度過很夢幻美好的四天。 非常喜歡，如果還有去北海道，會選擇再入住的飯店。

Staff was very helpful and the apartment was very clean and modern. Free shuttle buses to gondola, dinner was very convenient, especially in the cold!

The staff was wonderful and they really try to help me meet all my needs. For most part, Nisade (property mgmt) was very good. Stayed 4 days and I really wanted to like it, but quite a few issues with the property: my single room was connected via a locked door to the neighboring - bedroom, but the door didn't stop the sound and I could literally hear every little word they said next door. the gap between the door and doorframe/floor was too large to fix. thank god the staff let me change rooms to a studio, not connected to any other room. The heater made a loud buzzing sound, like a muted blender, about every 10-20 mins for a few minutes. they couldn't pin point the source and I didn't want to bother with it, but its loud enough to hear when I recorded it. heater blows directly on my head while sleeping, so I had to turn it off at night. yes, even after I adjusted the vents, it still hits my head. breakfast was disappointing. I just come from a week at Chalet Ivy with excellent breakfast buffet, so it was def a letdown. Ate one "Japanese" breakfast and didnt do breakfast there again. I hope they get better food. Suggest putting scraper/brush outside of ski storage so we can brush snow off the equipment and boots. The complementary bus is very crowded. not pleasant. The staff ended up drive me up to the lift in their van. Again, the staff like Ruby, Reo and the manager made the stay welcoming which compensated for the otherwise poor experience.
