Great studio apartment with great facilities. Room was clean. Staffs were helpful. Around 600m walk from Saiin station. Few station away from tourists hotspot kawaramachi. Provided a cellphone you can carry along with all useful informations and kyoto map.

There is no staff stay there. We had terrible when we check in, so difficult. Until we call any people from outside to helping us talk to his staff from the phone

the place is really nice and clean, the check in process is a bit confusing but the near by phone connected straight to the main office was very helpful. the location is ok. the bus stop is quite close, and there is a convenient store nearby open 24h. the one thing this place needs is actually some kitchen utensils. seems like a waste to have a kitchen and not even having simple things like plates, glass, spoon?

For room and bathroom both are clean. But we didn't find microwave nor the other kitchen amenities as they offers when we first booked. And when we asked for more information about that, they're just told us to go to the nearest convenience store. Thus, we're disappointed 🙁

The mattress needs to be upgraded. It was very uncomfortable to sleep especially to those with back pain. Furniture layout needed rearrangement to provide comfort for movement. The rest is ok.
