지하철 바로 근처에 위치해있어 이동이 매우 편했어요, 도톤보리, 신사이바시, 우메다 등이 15분 내외 소요라 방 3개에 거실+부엌인 맨션을 이 가격에 이용해서 무엇보다 만족했습니다. 간단한 조리기구가 있어 아침도 해먹기 좋았어요.
1월 말이라 바람이 많이 불고 우풍이 심해서 좀 추웠지만 히터를 틀어두면 적당히 훈훈해져요.
전체적인 청결 상태는 좋지만 이불은 새로 세탁해둔 것 같지 않고, 바닥에도 먼지가 좀 있어서 청소기 한 번 돌렸어요.

방 3칸, 침대 6개, 주방 겸 거실, 깨끗한 화장실과 욕실 등 모든 시설이 좋았습니다. 여러 가족이 와서 사용하기 편리하고 주위가 조용한 반면 난바 중심가에서 3개역 정도 떨어져서 인적이 드문 면이 있습니다.

오사카는 처음방문 했는데 숙소가 넓고 청결하고
전철역도 가까워 아주 좋았습니다 , 가족단위로 6명 오면 가성비 아주 좋습니다 . 최대8명까지 가능합니다 , 우리는 3명이 넓게 쓰고 왔습니다

La zona es estratégica para llegar en tren subterráneo a los principales atractivos de Osaka. En las calles cercanas hay restaurantes, bares y tiendas de conveniencia que resuelven cualquier necesidad. No hay comunicación con el staff vía WhatsApp y no dan suficiente papel de baño para el número de personas que se hospedan. En general todo bien

The property was suitable for people who planned to spend most of their time out and eating at local restaurants of which there were many. The cooking facilities consisted of a single electric hot plate and basic kitchenwares. Kitchen cupboards were missing doors and the property had a large round corner table between the couches but did not come with dining chairs as indicated in the advertisement. It was very close to the train station and well heated in all rooms. Also felt very private. Towels were clean, but well worn.

Not enough hand/bath towels, no extras. No cloths for the kitchen unit.
Number of allowable guests is to high for the size of the unit. Placement of table is completely unusable and there was no chairs for table if you did move it.

晚上很安靜的空間，5人住很寬敞，有廚房，洗衣機，微波爐，但其中一間房間的冷氣機運轉聲非常大，很像要爆炸，還好去住的那幾天不會很冷

預定住宿時都會參考評價，在此回饋給後續住客參考。
1.離地鐵站出口近，出口剛好有電梯，推小孩推車方便，可是那個出口感覺有點遠，地鐵站轉車去各處也算方便。
2.房間舒適，第一次住榻榻米，不怕兩個小孩摔到地上。客廳大孩子可以跑來跑去玩的很開心。有陽台曬衣服方便，還可以看看街道風景。
3.不太好的是衛浴洗手台沒有垃圾桶，想不通怎麼會不放垃圾桶，日本家庭都這樣嗎？自己綁了一個袋子在把手上，有點拮据的感覺。
4.有小廚房的話，應該要提供洗碗精，我們只住幾天不可能去買一罐洗碗精在那用，小孩的餐具保溫罐都只能用熱水燙，神奇的在第3天的時候出現在房間，不知道是不是打掃時忘了放後來才想起來。
整體還不錯，我們3大2小有推車住的很開心，推薦。
