Room have enough space for 2 people and the toilet and bathroom is good

Staff was nice. The rooms are full of mold. Some of the baths don’t work. Not worth the cost! I was congested my whole stay.

Easy to get to and from public transportation, clean and large rooms, free amenities, friendly staff. Good places to eat nearby as well.

Dingy! The walls were very dirty with stains and dust on the walls. Quite a dark room. Bathroom with separate toilet was nice. Smoking smell in hallway (despite booking a SMOKE FREE room) wasn’t pleasant. The staff was kind to let us keep our bags in the lobby before our check in and after our check out. They had soda and coffee and tea free in the lobby.

The room is ok. The bed and the pillows are way too hard. The staffs are pleasant and generally helpful .

I’ve been staying this hotel regularly. The room is clean, good amenities, and suitable for video meeting.

I wish I had the advantage of recent reviews before booking because unfortunately I had to leave my stay mid-way and book another hotel. The property is showing its age, with peeling wallpaper. But what was most concerning was mold in the AC system, raising concern about potential for mold in other areas; this created a smell in the room that I was unfortunately uncomfortable sleeping in. There was also the smell of sewage throughout the lobby and into the rooms during the stay which later unabated but was still present, un-addressed by staff. I was forced to check out at 8pm and book a stay at another hotel--the staff member apparently did not think that this was strange or ask why I was checking out. I also had a package to be delivered to that hotel the next day and was told that I could come back to pick it up. When I came back the next day another staff member told me that because I was no longer staying there, they would refuse any shipments in my name--he did not attempt to help me call the shipping company or rectify the issue. Headed to the airport, I lost my expensive souvenir. Overall I would not recommend staying here, and am very upset I booked as it ruined this part of my trip.

Hotel is fairly nice. Was thinking it is a bit overpriced, but not a bad hotel. Rooms are not big, but fine. The only bad criticism I have about the room is the too large table, that doesn’t leave much space in the room and its sharp corners. If you put such a large table in the middle of the room, guaranteed, people will bomb their legs at it, and will get injured. A table with more round corners and not sharp edge is advisable. Breakfast is changing every day, so first day, was quite good for me. However, on the second day, I couldn’t find too many items that I want to eat. Amenities are nice. Location is good too.

駅やお店からも近くとても便利です。 ホテルも綺麗で満足で、夜の滞在にはぴったりですが、窓からの光があまり入らず、昼間滞在する時には選ばないと思います。
