매우 편리한 위치

어메니티는 없지만 넓고 깨끗하고 1층에 바로 편의점있고 산조역 가깝고 매우매우 좋았습니다 욕실 깨끗하고 물 잘나오고 교토오면 다음에 또 잡고싶어요

좋은 점: 위치 - 기온에 있어 청수사까지 걸어서 이동할 수 있었고, 시장이나 주변 구경에 좋았음. 가족 여행에 좋은 방 구조였습니다. 별로인 점: 1) 방에 찌린내가 났습니다. 여러 원인이 복합적인것 같은데, 방 에어컨에 검은 곰팡이가 피어 냄새가 났고, 에어컨 아래 카펫에 그 냄새가 밴것 같았습니다. 여행내내 에어컨 가동을 하지 않았고 탈취제 거의 한 병을 카펫에 뿌렸습니다. 직원에게 컴플레인을 했지만 방을 바꿀수가 없다고 하였습니다. 유료로 운영되는 지하 목욕탕을 무료로 제공해 주었습니다. 2) 직원과 의사소통이 힘듭니다. 1번의 항의를 직원에게 했지만 그동안 직원 3명과 소통해야 했습니다. 그리고 그 각각의 직원들은 이런 문제를 인수인계하지 않아서 새로 설명해야 했습니다.

Excellent hotel! Modern, tons of amenities and easy in and out. Love the keyless entry and the rooms are fairly spacious and include a washer/ dryer combo. Really nice spa/ sauna facility to rent for private rental at a very reasonable rate. Hotel is located within walking distance to all of the action but on the fringe of it so it’s not noisy. Great decor and lots of USB ports , microwave, large fridge, cookware etc… Would definitely stay here again and we loved Kyoto!!

駅からも近く、八坂神社、清水寺、平安神宮、錦市場が徒歩圏内です。 ホテル一階にはコンビニもありました。 とても快適にすごせたので、また利用したいです。

This hotel was absolutely amazing. It was super big for Japan standards, the amenities were fantastic, and it seemed very luxurious for the reasonable price. There’s laundry and a spa, Family Mart is right beside the hotel, and it’s in a wonderful location. The vibes were great, the check in/check out procedures were easy and smooth, and it was an overall amazing experience. We’ll absolutely be staying here on our next visit!

Room was lovely and well appointed and the location was perfect for walking and exploring. Definitely a nice place to stay.

Ideal room and amenities for family of 4, well located just on the outskirts of gion and not too far from different transport options (5-10 mins)

Great location, so very convenient. However, the reasons I am giving the accommodation a 3/5 are three-fold. First, upon arrival the room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was a coffee stain on the table; crumbs of food in the fridge; and small pieces of trash on the carpet next to the kitchen counter. Second, the first night we had a miserable nights sleep because there was a motion detector light in front of the sleeping area, so every time we moved (or even coughed), multiple bright lights came on. Imagine this happening twenty times throughout the night. The next day when I tried to get help with the issue via the webcam help desk it didn’t go as smoothly and quickly as one would help. Then lastly, we booked the sauna/onsen and were informed to meet up in the lobby ten minutes before our booking. A couple of minutes after our booking we decided to contact the webcam receptionist since no one showed up. If we didn’t do this, it seems like we were completely forgotten. I understand that this is not a full service hotel, but one should be able to expect cleanliness, a decent night’s sleep, and that a

This was the best hotel I have stayed in Japan, and it was located in a quiet and peaceful area. Despite this it was walking distance to gion and major tourist attractions in Kyoto making night strolls very convenient. The room was super super spacious unlike most hotels and it was a very comfortable stay. It was clean and I particularly enjoyed the tatami style room, which was very relaxing at the end of the day. We also used their spa service, which was much needed given the amount of walking you do in Japan. I would stay here again!

Everything about this stay was horrible during our 4 night stay - we had a non smoking room, but almost always there was smoke or food smell coming in the room through the hvac that we had no control over - when we arrived, the room didn’t have enough towels for 2 people - there was no way to request more towels - there was no one around to discuss any issues for the whole duration of the stay, there was always a sign saying “we are away for the moment”, the online service they offered was bad as the person on the other side couldn’t speak English - there was no cleaning of the room or towel replacement - the garbage was not taken out during the whole stay - there was a spilled drink at the hotel door which wasn’t cleaned for at least 3 days When clearing and preparing rooms for new guests the hotel staff just leaves fresh towels on the corridor carpet - just this part should say enough about how much the staff cares about the customers - see attached image
