The room was very spacious and clean. The location was also great - it was a very short walk from shopping, though the nearest malls close early (around 7pm). The room also had lots of amenities that were important to us, such as a washer and drier, small stove and a microwave. There was also a good amount of space for dining, relaxing and opening up our luggages. The staff were friendly and checkin was very easy. The bathroom was also unexpectedly large and had a jacuzzi bath tub in it, which was very nice. However, we did notice that the shower walls were quite grimy. Fortunately, that was the only part of the entire apartment that wasn't spotless. All in all, we still really enjoyed this stay and would recommend it for families.

Helpful friendly staff made it a great stay for us. Hotel was walkable to the sights like the castle, garden and fish market. We took a triple for the two of us as we wanted more space in the room, and it came with a kitchenette and washer/dryer.

We need self check in, this is a bit difficult for us. But the lady at the front desk is very patient to help us complete the check in procedure. We really appreciate for her help. Hotel is located in the middle of most of the sightseeing places. Castle, seafood market, shopping and Kenrokuen Garden just within walking distance. The room is big and comfortable. Toilet and bath room is separated which is very clean and tidy. No doubt we will visit stay there again next time.

L’hôtel Minn Kanazawa est particulièrement bien situé et rend accessible en quelques minutes de marche les sites du château du jardin et le quartier des samouraïs. Le marché est à quelques pas. Chambre suffisamment spacieuse, belle salle de bains. Équipement très bon.

The room was ok, clean and with reasonable space. The check in experience was poor though. It did not find our reservation of parking. Then we were given a parking information sheet with wrong postal code and telephone, hence we wasted quite some time to find it. The staff could hardly understand our English questions (even spoken slowly). Also it only allowed QR code check in, but the system was unable to upload. The check in was unsmooth, with many hiccups and time consuming.
