I dont even want to rate this hotel- it was the worst hotel ever- im not talking about the accomodation, im talking about the service. They are very rude and very impolite, such horrible manner, yelling for sth not reasonable. I was very upset and their system is like WORST- i do not recommend at all

얼마 전 리모델링을 해서 매우 깨끗합니다. 직원들도 친절하고, 스키장비 보관소, 건조실도 깨끗하고 효율적이네요. 히라후 곤도라까지 셔틀도 태워 줍니다. 도보로도 5분 정도 밖에 안 걸려요. 스키 여행에 아주 좋습니다.

Perfect location, 3min walk to grand hirafu! A variety of breakfast items everyday. Excellent hospitality! Looks like it’s family run.

Hotel Hakuunso was a wonderful stay, one of our favorite hotels in Japan. It was a perfect mix of traditional Japanese vibe, and modern amenities. It was located so close to the ski lifts and Niseko amenities. We absolutely loved our stay there! We would definitely stay again.

Super frokost. Hjelpsomme. Gratis buss til og fra hirafu welcome senter og til skibakken. Veldig nært skibakken. Gåavstand til alt man trenger.

3박했는데 정말 좋았습니다. 체크인전, 체크아웃 후 짐 보관은 물론 매일 아침 시간에 맞춰 킹곤돌라까지 픽업 서비스가 있었고, 직원분들이 매우 친절하셨습니다. 대욕탕도 청결하게 관리되어있고 매일 피로를 풀 수 있어 최고였습니다. 조식 메뉴도 메일 조금씩 바뀌어서 새롭게 먹을 수 있었습니다.

I would stay here again. It’s a small family owned hotel and the staff is wonderful. The place is very clean and quiet. Feels like a home and not a corporate hotel. I would highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay with the best location to all lifts and shops/reataurant.

First time to Niseko and staying at Hakuuso. Great services from hotel staffs cos we had many quires and they were always there to assist us. Rooms were spacious and clean. We requested connecting room but they do not have it, however they

The space is ambient, excellent staff and breakfast. Super clean and the atmosphere is calming and pleasant. The only thing that could improve is the bed and pillow. Which are not very comfortable. But if you are tired enough skiing still no problem falling asleep : )

Friendly staff , comfort and cozy place to stay here in Niseko . Definitely will be back next time! The view of mount Yotei with Hakkunso was amazing

Can't say enough good things about this place! First, you can't beat the location. About a 5 min walk to the Grand Hirafu ski area (which is also a stop for the Niseko United shuttle to other ski areas), the Hirafu welcome center, Rhythm ski rentals, the village "downtown", etc. The room was very spacious and very clean. The breakfast spread was amazing, with both western and japanese options. Lots of onsite conveniences like snacks & a coffee machine, a microwave, an onsen, a free laundry, boot drying & ski storage rooms, etc. The hospitality was excellent, and the couple running the hotel was always willing to help with anything. They will also drop you off at the Grand Hirafu resort or the welcome center (and also pick you up from the welcome center when you first arrive). Highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Niseko, especially if you plan to ski Hirafu and/or check out the Hirafu village.

Really fantastic stay. The location is great, right down from the main grand hirafu gondola and the hotel offers free drop off in the morning too. We rented from Grand hirafu annex which included storage but the hotel has ski storage too. There’s a separate men’s and women’s hot tub that’s real nice. Oh and a vending machine with beer and cocktails. The staff is super nice and helpful, overall great trip!

Amazing place to stay. Great facilities has everything you need to ski. 5 minute walk to gondola. breakfast is solid. service is second to none.

위치가 아주 좋고, 스키장으로의 drop off 서비스도 아주 좋았습니다. 공용 온천도 아주 깨끗하고 이용하기 편리했습니다. 다음에 니세코에 방문한다고 해도 다시 이용할 것 같습니다.
