니세코 콘부 온센 츠루가 베소 모코 노 쇼

Was really good to be there.

삿포로에서 가는 길이 멀었지만 니세코역까지 셔틀 버스 보내주셔서 안전하고 편하게 숙소에 도착했습니다. 5성급 호텔처럼 현대적이고 편리하면서도 일본의 전통적인 멋들을 만끽할 수 있는 시간이었습니다. 다른 무엇보다도 이곳에서의 환상적인 저녁 식사는 평생 잊지 못할 것 같습니다.

가격은 비싸나 그만큼의 가치를 하는 곳

서비스도 극진하고 편안하게 푹 쉬었습니다. 다만 창문이 없는 식당을 2일 연속 이용하니 답답했습니다. 창문이 있는 식당쪽에 사람이 많아 보이지도 않았는데 하루정도는 창문이 있는 식당으로 바꿔 주셨으면 경치도 보고 더 다양한 경험을 할수 있었을것 같습니다.

어머니와 친구분들이 여행을 다녀오셨는데 정말 좋아하셨습니다. 료칸 내 시설도 너무 좋고 온천도 물이 좋았으며, 서비스도 좋았습니다. 그치만 가장 좋았던건 음식이었습니다. 아침과 저녁식사가 코스로 나오는데 어찌나 잘 나오던지 정말 정말 좋아하셨습니다. 최고라고 또 가고 싶다고 하시네요. 다만 아쉬웠던 것은 료칸 주변에 산책할 곳이나 넓은 정원이 없어서 아쉬웠습니다.

This was an amazing facility to stay. The onsen area was clean and relaxing. The staff was so attentive and nice. I truly enjoyed my stay with my friend. I am looking forward to go back.

We had an amazing stay. The food, the staff, and the whole vibe of the decor are incredible. What a cozy, lovely spot. I know the harsh winters can be hard in a property, but I would suggest they do some minor maintenance (wood paneling on private outdoor onsen area, rust on private porch railing, wallpaper in entrance area) to ensure this amazing hotel can stay around for a long time! We want to come back in every season.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly professional, providing impeccable service with genuine warmth and attention to detail. The hotel itself exudes a perfect blend of luxury and traditional Japanese charm, with beautifully designed rooms that offer a serene and cozy atmosphere. The onsen facilities were outstanding, providing a deeply relaxing experience after a day of skiing. The cuisine was exceptional, with carefully prepared seasonal dishes that highlighted the best of Hokkaido’s flavors. Every aspect of the stay—from the flawless hospitality to the tranquil ambiance—made it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a top-tier stay in Niseko.

Amazing stay in Niseko, away from the crowds but still convenient to the slopes. The outdoor onsen is great and the food was delicious. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Would recommend it!

Quiet and secluded with excellent staff and high end facilities (including a nice onsen setup). The included half-board meals were extensive and very good, and probably required given the relative lack of other options anywhere nearby in summer season. Feels like a private resort. If you are looking for an escape in Niseko this is a good option and the price is reasonable given the quality of the accommodation and of the dining.

This hotel is hands down one of the best i have ever stayed in. The staff is amazing, the customer service is top shelf and the amenities are all you could ask for. The onsen is wonderful and all the extras like meals and drinks make for a stellar experience.

Everybody was amazing!!

The ryokan experience was wonderful, in quiet and peaceful surroundings. The room was very spacious, and our private onsen was heavenly!! Plus we loved the room clothes and pajamas which were provided for our stay. I wish the shuttle to the ski resorts was more flexible and frequent. Would be great to have some night time shuttle options as well, to explore other areas or even night skiing.

非常棒的一家温泉酒店，设施和服务真心无可挑剔。

We had a wonderful stay at Moku No Sho. The property is classic, with luxurious spaces in the common areas, and generous amentities like free champagne and wine, and marshmellows roasting by the fireplace. The onsen is beautiful, with an outdoor space where you can enjoy soaking surrounded by the snow. The food is amazing, our dinner is kaiseki style, with fresh Hokkaido seafood, vegetables, and black haired beef. There was a large free drinks menu, including beers, sake, whiskey, etc. The breakfast was delicious too, with grilled cod and many assortment of food. The room is spacious, a bit old but kept up nicely. We didn't spend too much time there as we went for the onsen and food experiences. It's definitely one of the best experiences we've had!

温泉は泉質もよく湯温もちょうど良い。 そして料理も抜群。量も十二分で、満腹すぎて翌朝の朝食をほとんど食べられなかったのが残念だった。
