위치가 훌륭했습니다. 기차역 바로 건너편이고 버스 터미널 바로 옆에 있습니다. 직원들은 정말 친절했습니다. 체크인 절차가 원활했고 24시간 프런트 데스크가 있어서 아침 일찍 체크아웃해야 한다면 정말 좋았습니다. 저는 마츠모토 버스 터미널에서 오전 5시 30분 버스를 타고 가미코치로 가는데, 서두르지 않고 체크아웃하고 여유롭게 버스까지 걸어갈 수 있었습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 숙박이었습니다.

This is the best location in town, small step from train station. The room is good and facilities that they provide is nice. Recommended.

Sesuai seperti difoto, jika anda dari station tinggal menyebrang jalan untuk ke hotel, resepsionis ramah. Hanya untuk kami yang muslim bisa sarapan dengan roti dan nasi putih dengan ikan. Hotel transit yang cukup baik di sediakan masker dan baju tidur. Terima kasih.

Good location, there're many shops near the hotel area. Staffs are willing to help, he recommends many restaurants for your choices. We stay in triple room, it's very comfortable.

Good accommodation, value for money. The hotel is exactly across the Matsumoto Station and Bus Station. Very good location. The bedroom design is a bit old, but they give you a lot of amenities. Also free tea and coffee at the restaurant until 10.00 pm every day. The coffee latte taste good, and they also prepare a lot of tea variation (peach, blueberry, Darjeeling, apple, and green tea). The restaurant is on the 10th floor, the food is good enough although there are no variation of menu from day 1 to day 2. The breakfast menu is exactly the same. However, the view of Japan Alps and Matsumoto City from the restaurant windows is very beautiful. There is 24 hours receptionist and you can leave your baggage at the hotel after check out. A lot of amenities, tea and coffee. Very love it. Will stay here again, if I revisit Matsumoto in the future.

The location is very convenient & lively. Unfortunately in summer the aircon is a bit hot & you can't adjust it.

The hotel is very close to the train and bus station. The room is clean and wide. There is enough space for a big luggage (28 inch). Drinks such as coffee and hot tea are served. The view of Japan alpine mountain from restaurant and lobby on 10th floor is very beautiful. The staff has an impressive service. In case of arrival before check-in time. You can leave your luggage and go to travel outside and when you comeback for check-in the staff will bring your luggage to the room already. : )
