가격대비 너무 만족한 숙소였습니다.가이세키, 조식 모두 너무 맛있었습니다. 단점은 시내에서 좀 먼거 빼고는 없습니다.

편안한 잠자리, 한적하고 깨끗한 대욕장, 주변의한적함이 좋았습니다.

방도 깔끔하였고 서비스가 좋았습니다. 직원에게 감사드립니다. 저희는 숙박 다음날 오전비행기로 한국에 돌아 왔어야 해서 직원이 루트를 직접 알아봐주고 아침식사도 숙박시설에서 못먹게 되어 주먹밥을 프론트에 맡기고 가서 맛있게 먹고 돌아왔습니다. 택시도 예약해주셨구요 ! 감사합니다!

내집 처럼 편안하고 깨끗한 느낌 대만족

친절한 직원과 깔끔한 요리 좋았습니다. 비싼 고급 료칸은 부담스러워 그 대안으로 선택했는데 콘도형의 객실의 스타일과 대중식 스파가 조금 아쉬웠지만, 가격대비 좋은 선택이었습니다. 음식도 깔끔하고 서비스가 좋았구요, 특히 저녁식사후 객실에 들어갔을땐 객실이 다 정돈되어있는 등 직원들의 서비스가 아주 좋았습니다. 그리고 다시 오사카로 돌아갈때에는 호텔차량으로 따로 킨카쿠지까지 데려다주셨구요~ 한가지 아쉬운 점은 화장실에서 냄새가 조금 났다는 것... 이걸 제외하고는 전용스파가 딸린 전통료칸을 기대하긴 어렵지만, 하루쯤 쉬고 가기에 나름 좋은 경험이었습니다.

Parking on site. Rooms are accommodating. Enjoyed an in room massage. Beautiful outdoor patio and tub. Would book again.

Very friendly, lovely atmosphere. We all really enjoyed dressing for our evening meal. Big variation of sea food if you're that way inclined. Unfortunately no bar to relax in after the evening meal. Overall very nice.

Excellent option for families that want to experience a more authentic Ryokan and combine nature and calmness. Perfect for one night. Eating options were limited around the area. Bus station was very close. Pool is only open during summer. Onsen was open early morning which was nice and convenient.

Our stay has been wonderful, we felt incredibly welcomed and pampered. The staff is absolutely kind and helpful. Every detail is full of care. Arigatou ❤️

Best experience in a hotel. Large public bath, large room overlooking a beautiful garden, kind and helpful staff. Chose the dinner and breakfast option, which was fantastic. Many art pieces decorate the hotel corridors, and it feels like you are transported to the past. A small tea ceremony in the lobby in the morning. This ryokan is worth the extra distance. I wish I could have stayed more than two nights!

Highly recommend this hotel if you want to experience a traditional Japanese accomodation! The ambiance is very welcoming and warm! I loved the food so much and also onsen with its beautiful scenery! Hotel’s meal was served traditionally and was very much worth the price! Good quality with amazing staff! There is also a shuttle in the mornings that makes your commute easier! Hotel is 5 minutes walk from the bus station.

It was a scenic view from the hotel to the mountains and staff were polite and respectful

We enjoyed eastern-style room. Very clean. Mini fridge and filled, ready-to-serve hot water dispenser in room for tea or instant ramen was nice. Near bus stop. Mile or more walk to dining or 7-11. Due to limited open hours and our failure to pre-book dining on site, we did not use the on site spring water baths.

Such an amazing experience, room was very beautiful along with the surrounding area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They alao had a shuttle which brought you into the city and they also sold day passes for the metro which was a plus for us! We would definitely recommend to others and come back again!

The dinner and breakfast I purchased were generally good, but some ingredients such as the fruits and sashimi were dry and stale, as if they had been refrigerated for a substaintial amount of time before serving. The ammenities are nice, and the hot bath was relaxing.

Struttura eccellente, personale impeccabile, zona tranquillissima e forse un po' distante dal resto ma, del resto, l'esperienza in un ryokan presuppone la volontà di staccare dalla vita frenetica di tutti i giorni e dedicarsi al relax. Camera splendida, servizio splendido, colazioni tipica giapponese molto apprezzata per la sua presentazione e originalità rispetto a ciò a cui siamo abituati. Consigliato.

This property is on the outskirts of Kyoto so dining options were limited. However the breakfasts were fantastic and we should have tried the dinner option. Transportation to and from Kyoto station was easy given the nearby bus stop and City Line 6. We enjoyed the large pool (although it unfortunately closes each day at 5 which is too early) and the communal bath was relaxing! Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was large, quiet and very clean. Area around the property was safe and very quiet. A great place to stay. I have been back home for four days and have already recommended this place to a few coworkers.

Literally everything about this place has been absolutely amazing. We got the tatami floor room with a bath and a view. The room is huge, the bathtub is huge, and the futons are more comfortable than expected. The view is beautiful too! I go in and out a lot to smoke, so I like that the smoking section is close to the entrance. But every time I walk by the front desk I am greeted with nothing but happiness and smiles. I have felt sooooo welcome here. The private Onsen was super nice and clean too! The location is pretty far away from anything so be prepared to spend a lot on taxis. But I knew that coming here. I'm happy it's on the super outskirts of Kyoto. It's so quiet up here in the mountains compared to the center of the city. This was the perfect way to end our trip in Japan. There's also lots of temples within walking distance to see! They even held our luggage for us on the first day so we could explore. Then our luggage was waiting for us in the room when we walked in! The place has really good wifi too! It This was a definite 10/10.
