SYMPOSION 로칸다

호텔 위치는 좋았습니다. 토요일 체크인이였는데 시간제한이 있는 줄 몰랐네요. 그게 좀 불편하긴 했지만 교통편리하고 번잡하지않은 곳이여서 잘 쉬었습니다. 시설은 좀 낙후되긴했지만 깨끗해서 큰 불편감 없었습니다.

Excelente location: 5 min walk to the beach and 10 to a convenience store. Nearest train station: Hase. Near to Big Buda Statue (Kotoku-in), around 8 min. Individual room, comfortable, cozy and clean. Screen check-in.

La propiedad está bien por el precio. Aspectos positivos: Hacer el Check-In es sencillo, es muy cercano a la estación del tren cercana al templo principal (pero esto no significa que haya ruido exterior), el personal provee más de lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable. Aspectos negativos: 1) Si bien las habitaciones cuentan con un pasador con llave, me parece que es solo cuestión que un huésped realmente quiera entrar a otra habitación para poder hacerlo. Los cerrojos no parecen muy seguros y dejar pertenencias en la habitación o incluso estar solo dentro de la habitación puede dejar cierta inquietud. Recomendaría no dejar artículos de valor al salir.

OK. I’m going to start with the tough part: I can’t understand how the door locks on the room can be allowed. They are not at all safe. The door can be locked FROM THE OUTSIDE by someone else, and the people inside can be locked into their room!! Massive fire hazard. The mgmt really do need to look into a different system. Secondly, the door “lock” from the inside is insuffient: it is like a very small/wimpy latch that could easily be rendered useless by an intruder. As two women travelling (mother/daughter) I was very aware that the others staying at the guest house were all men. No staff onsite. With these two items rectified it would render a higher rating from me. The room was quirky, but clean. Has toilets down the hall, and a bath/shower room on the main floor. Help yourself to free ear plugs at the door, as the walls are not soundproofed and you will hear it all! Checking in and getting the key through an iPad felt like a geocaching experience. The neighbourhood is quiet but lovely, literally a handful of steps from the Enoden train line’s Hase station and a short walk to the beach. Some lovely restaurants here but rarely open and some nights we had a tough time finding anything open.

Chambre propre, check-in particulier via tablette, salle de bain partagée dans un bon test et avec de bons produits. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable.

部屋に水回り無いのは不便。 スタッフには一度も合わなかった。 コスパ的によいのかは疑問。 立地はよかったです。

Nos encantó la cama, sin duda la más cómoda del viaje, solo que pierde el encanto por el tema de compartir baño además de ser súper estrecho los pasillos y la regadera esta abajo así que es súper incómodo el tener justamente enfrente de donde te bañas la entrada principal, que hay 3 habitaciones que puede que entren en ese momento, es poco práctico e incómodo. El personal de limpieza es increíble es un francés que nos hizo muy ameno nuestra llegada

Fue muy rápido una vez que ya habíamos hecho el precheck inn pero no fue lo que esperábamos. Se tuvo problemas con el iPad de la entrada, pero corrimos con suerte de que estaba un personal si no, no sé si hubiéramos podido

朝7時半に寒くて目を覚ましました。暖房の電気が完全に切れて部屋は寒くなっていました。 電話で問い合わせましたが、それに対して全くの処置がされず11時にチェックアウトを予定していましたが寒くて10時にチェックアウトしました。節電のために暖房が切れたら連絡するようにと言うノートが入り口のドアに（全ての部屋）貼られていました。にも関わらず電話をかけた7時40分から10時まで何も連絡が来ず、暖房はないままでした。こんな宿泊施設は初めてです。

Vi fick strömavbrott två första nätterna, och hade cirka 10° på rummet på morgonen, men han som städade rummen var fantastisk och hjälpte oss prata med managern. Väldigt trevligt rum och bra faciliteter!

The room was great. Very comfortable bed, efficient shower with very hot water. However getting into room was less then optimal. Communication would be better in email. Need to know mist walk between buildings to access hotel If coming by taxi.

Es un lugar para quienes viajan como mochileros o van solo de paso, no es un lugar NADA cómodo. Lo único rescatable es la ubicación. Desde el check in que fue super difícil, pese a que ya había hecho un pre registro en un formato que me mandaron por mail, lo tuve que volver a hacer a mi llegada en una tablet super vieja que es muy difícil manejar, está todo a oscuras y hay una puerta pegada al área de registro que abre hacia afuera y fui golpeada en dos ocasiones por un huésped que ni siquiera se fijó. El lugar huele mal, huele a viejo, los baños también huelen a baño público. No hay nada de privacidad, nos tocó una habitación al lado del baño y escuchamos todas las flatulencias de uno de los huéspedes, fue super incómodo. En la mañana, por error, intentaron abrir nuestro cuarto y a pesar de que el administrador se disculpó y fue extremadamente amable, la realidad es que todo en general fue muy incómodo, afortunadamente íbamos solo de paso.

The room was very comfortable, the place is clean and the attention to detail is great. The staff, though remote was very helpful. It is extremely well located, a stone throw away from the train. 5-10 minutes walk from good restaurants, hiking trails and temples. I highly recommend if you want an authentic feeling, cozy space.

Le service dans les hôtels est toujours très soigné et le personnel est compétent et aidant c'est plutôt rare de nos jours

Great staff, cozy vibes and walkable distance to beach and many other highly interesting places.

First the good parts; the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating when I missed my train and showed up late for check-in. The bed was super comfy and the room was really nice. However, the room I was in had a gap in the wall that lead directly to one of the bathrooms/toilets which frankly is disgusting. I got woken up by people using the bathroom and it felt unsanitary being right next to the bed. The stairs were also incredibly steep to get to the rooms and there was no handrail.

Helpful, knowledgeable and kind staff. Would 100% stay here again and again.

お盆に家族４人で1泊しました。とても素敵な古民家的な雰囲気で、家族皆大満足でした！対応してくれた係の方もとても親切。夕飯はスープカレー、朝食はバーガー、どちらも1Fのビーガンショップの食事がついていました。初めてビーガンフードを口にしましたが、違和感も無くどちらもとても美味しかったです。

想像していたより　きれいでした
