일본 호텔들은 좁다고만 생각했는데 생각보다 넓었고 캐리어를 펴기에 충분했습니다. 그리고 로비의 뷰가 너무 이쁘고 테라스 또한 너무 좋았습니다.

It locates in a good place for sightseeing of Asakusa. Breakfast is very good. One can choose a dish among four kinds of main dishes as sandwich, with simple buffet. It's delicious. Although the room is small contrary to the ad pic and there was a bit of plumbing noise when the bathroom door is not close, it is not a big problem in Japan. I would like to visit again.

굉장히 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 방도 훌륭하고 13층에 위치한 리셉션과 14층에 위치한 바에서 바라보는 전망은 아주 예쁩니다. 강추!!

Outstanding service. Hotel staff would greet you at any hour, call the elevator for you, hand out umbrellas during rain, etc. All were extremely friendly. Room was spotless witha great view and in the centre of the lively Shinjuku area. It’s a 1 minute walk from dozens of restaurants and shopping, and a few minutes walk to Shinjuku Station. Highly recommend.

Enjoyable stay in a comfortable room. View from the lobby is amazing and staff very helpful and professional. For some reason wifi was a little slow in our room.

The rooms were a bit small but nice. The shower was really nice, and the Japanese toilets were great. Nice restaurant and bar upstairs. Also a great view of the Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo. Many great restaurants within walking distance, and the Asakusa train station as well.

Great hotel in the heart of Asakusa historic district and easy transport to airports and tourist sights. Beautiful view of tower from restaurant and rooftop terrace.

Great hotel in a convenient location. 2 minutes to the senso-ji and train station. Would definitely use this hotel and asakusa as a base next time. The staff were very helpful in holding our luggage before we checked in as we had and early flight so we could explore. They also sorted our luggage forwarding to our Osaka hotel for us.

Mein Zimmer war nicht nur geräumig, sondern auch mit einem hochwertigen Bad ausgestattet, das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Besonders beeindruckend war die tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse – der perfekte Ort, um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Der Kundenservice ist ebenfalls herausragend! Das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Daher gibt es von mir eine klare 10 von 10 für den Service. Alles in allem war mein Aufenthalt einfach perfekt. My room was not only spacious but also equipped with a high-quality bathroom that left nothing to be desired. The highlight was the fantastic view from the terrace – the perfect place to unwind in the evening. The customer service is also exceptional! The entire team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. So, I’m giving a solid 10 out of 10 for the service. All in all, my stay was perfect. A true highlight!

Past Tokyo family travel are stay in this hotel but this time clear can see the table are not clear, some area of the table in the hotel room is covered in dust.

Property was 9/10. Great place for exploration. Easily accessible to other areas via public transportation. Hotel staff was very accommodating. The food - was affordable and tasty.

This is a beautiful property. The staff are super friendly and helped us as much as they could with all of us using Google translate for requests that were beyond their pretty good English skills and our very poor Japanese skills. The rooftop bar has an amazing view of the skytree. The rooms here are by far larger than anywhere else we stayed in Japan. In fact that bathroom was almost larger than other rooms we stayed in while in Japan. There are multiple restaurants, shopping areas and The Gate with 1-5 min walk. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel and it was also within 3-8 minutes walk to 2 train stations. It was about a 15 min brisk walk to the skytree. This hotel was beautiful, friendly staff and a great location to get to just about anywhere in Tokyo by foot, train or bus. We did do a few taxis as well which can get expensive but we didn't want to have to try and juggle our luggage from our last destination and then to the airport on multiple train or bus transfers.

This was an excellent hotel. The service was top notch and the employees all made you feel special. The rooms were very clean and staff was extremely friendly. Location was the hotel was also right next to all the streets and shopping along with only being a 3 min walk to the train station. I would highly recommend this hotel.
