房間很乾淨、設備用起來也都不錯、人員親切，有機會可以再來入住！

The staff Hiro is a super nice and helpful person. The room is big and in good shape.

Helpful host who waited for us outside the house with umbrellas as it was training. Very nice bathtub with lower back and shoudler massage features. Well equipped kitchen with spices and coffee.

Excellent customer service

One of the highlights of our Japan trip so far. It was clean, spacious and had an amazing view of Mount Fuji, with a short walk down to the lake. The hot tub was great. The staff were so friendly and even gifted our son with a panda toy.

Villa was really nice, spacious and clean. Manager was very friendly and nice .

在清幽的小巷中，透過窗戶就能看見富士山，空間非常大且舒適，民宿主人也非常熱情友好，唯一的小缺點就是床比較硬。

The host was polite and thoughtful, always making sure we were comfortable. They were kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The place was quiet and peaceful — we had a very restful time. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic. This hotel is one of my favourite places to stay. The place is clean and spacious, the manager is super friendly and respectful and the view of Mt Fuji is perfect. I highly recommend everyone stays here for a peaceful and enjoyable holiday.

施設の方がすごく親切で、設備の説明など丁寧に教えてくれました。 バーベキューもコンロの用意や火おこし、片付けも全部やってもらえてこちらの負担も少なく本当にありがたかった。 部屋から見える富士山も最高でした。

I drive and come at 11:00pm late night to the hotel which already not the serving hours in the front desk, however, the staff here still keep waiting for me as I contact with him before by email. He is so nice and polite to introduce every part of the house to me, this make me understand what to be aware and how to use the bath tub. The house here one night is nearly not expensive compare to the hotel or houses around, but the service and view from the window is excellent. The most important thing is the house is very clean, even I move the bed around, the place under the bed and the corner has no dust or rubbish which make me live comfortably and amazed by this. The house can live up to 8 people. I and my family are in four this time. There are 2 floors in this house. Children are happy. The sri here is good and the environment around is quiet. It is spacious and I will definitely come back with more relatives and recommend this place to my friends next time.

We stayed here as a family over the New Year and had an amazing experience. The accommodation is a private villa with a stunning view of Mt. Fuji. Run by a family, the warm and welcoming hospitality made us feel right at home. The facilities were well-maintained, and the location was perfect. My entire family was thoroughly satisfied with our stay. We would love to return in a different season to enjoy it again!
