방은 사진 그대로입니다. 관광하기에는 최적의위치입니다.공항에서 택시로 20분정도 걸리구요.가까워요. 리모델링한거같아서 룸 상태는 청결합니다. 다만 제공되는 수건의 위생상태가ㅠㅠ 대량으로 빨고 햇빛에 제대로 않말려서 그런지 1센티 정도의 쌀벌레가 ㅠㅠ 수건마다 다 있었고, 프론트직원한테 새로 받았지만 역시 같은벌레가ㅠㅠ 직원들은 친절하구 좋아요~ 그리구 조식은 제공되는데 도착해서 직원한테 시간을 미리 말씀하셔야 합니다ㅋㅋ

Good location etc. but staff were not welcoming and didn't speak English as advertised (doesn’t bother me and I’m happy to will it with Google translate, but if you’re going to advertise it and also look like you cannot be bothered to be there, doesn’t make for a good impression). Rooms not cleaned unless you ask. Can probably find similar places with more of a welcome and similar amenities if you plan in advance, nothing special.

Room was fine, but didn't have a safe (which was advertised to have). The WiFi was decent. Unfortunately bed in my room was very uncomfortable and there isn't much sound proofing between walls and so can hear people talking and moving around.

I stayed in the property for two days only and I liked its location. It was within walking distance from the centre and the cost was right for the convenience. The owner cared too much for the safety of the room and its furniture. There were messages with fees and the table was covered with oilcloth. The carpet was not clean enough. The property does not have a restaurant, so breakfast is not available even for extra payment. On the other hand, there are many restaurants around.

Positiv: Sehr nahe am neuen Stadtzentrum, freundliches Personal, günstiger Preis. Negativ: Frühstück, sowohl von der Menge als auch von der Qualität, Zimmer verwohnt und klein, Transfer hat trotz Bestätigung nicht geklappt

Stayed at Versal hotel during my 3 say business trip to Astana. Since I had meetings at Ministries of Kazakhstan, location was just perfect. Very clean, comfortable and quiet hotel with excellent service. Would recommend for everybody on business trip to meet Officials in Ministrie of Kazakhstan

It's an ok hotel that's near most of the main sights of Astana, so it's easy to walk around. The rooms are clean and there's even breakfast. As l long as you don't expect luxury, you'll be satisfied.

Great small low budget hotel. Arrived early hours of the morning and not due to check in until 2pm but they gave us an empty room to get some sleep until our room was ready later that morning. Free breakfast is not a buffet but we had some fruit, a yogurt, eggs, porridge, fried dough balls with sour cream, chocolates and tea and coffee every day. There is also a kettle and tea/coffee facilities provided all day free of charge. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable. Great value and location. This is not intended to be a 5 star hotel and does not have the amenities of one. If you want these things pay more money and stay somewhere else.

This was a collection of apartment blocks assembled into what they call a hotel. There was much building work going on, and the whole experience was disappointing. Reception was miles away from the room, only one front desk staff spoke any English, and everything seemed like an afterthought. Changed rooms to get air-conditioning, but it had been used for smoking. Redeeming features is it'still proximity to the new Centre.

Mediocre breakfast. Not much of a view. The entire hotel is on the first floor of a sort of apartment building. Friendly staff. Great location, close to the main monuments in Astana.

The hotel is about ten minutes' walk from the Baiterek tower. I was able to check in a bit early, although for very early check ins an extra cost is payable. The shower was hot, the bed the most comfortable I've slept in for a while, and the breakfast was individually prepared and very comprehensive. Staff are friendly although I don't know if they speak English.

Хорошее расположение. Персонал отличный! Уважительное отношение! Номера маленькие.Огромный минус это слышимость в номерах. Нету англоязычных и немецкоязычных каналов телевидения. Остальное все ок!
