다이아몬드 플라자 아파트먼츠

Das Apartment befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Hotelkomplex. Dieser wird jedoch nicht mehr wirklich verwaltet. Die ehemalige Lobby ist eine komplette Baustelle. Zumindest werden hier die Decken neu verkleidet. Der Dreck zieht sich aber durch das komplette Gebäude. Der Pool und Strandabschnitt ist geräumig aber extrem heruntergekommen. Der Pool ist schmutzig und die meisten Liegen und Auflagen kaputt. Zum Teil ragen Nägel und Schrauben raus. Die Wohnung selbst ist schön eingerichtet und sehr geräumig mit einer schönen Aussicht auf den Strand und den Pool. Leider hatten wir die ersten 3 Tage kein heißes Wasser. Wir versuchten die Vermieter zu kontaktieren, erhielten keine Rückmeldung. Auch Expedia selbst konnte den Vermieter nicht erreichen. Das WLAN funktionierte nur einige Minuten pro Tag. Hierfür gab es während unseres 1 wöchigen Aufenthalt keine Lösung. Eine Zimmerreinigung gab es ebenfalls nicht. Wir sprachen zwar mit der Putzfrau allerdings wurde keine Reinigung vorgenommen. Eine Waschmaschine gibt es ebenfalls nicht wie angegeben, jedoch hat die Putzfrau gegen eine Gebühr unsere Kleidung gereinigt. Viele Geräte in der Küche waren defekt oder funktionierten nur eingeschränkt.

The apartment, if you can call it that was dirty, rundown, tiny, and i would have felt bad keeping

The place is very good, the staff is cooperative, the breakfast is great, they have grocery and everything thing within the place. The place is very safe and well secured.

It was a good place for me especially the proximity to the place of my conference. I enjoyed the breakfast the most. Great value for money.

FALSE advertising... THE POOL Area was filthy, the staff, "Old India" lady was very instrusive and in your biz. THE PLACE is like a stupid scary maze. THe pool was inactive, nasty dirty place with no elevators...I would NEVER recommend this place to even an ENEMY. THE ONLY good thing about this pl was comp breakfast, if you can find it in the MAZE

It was clean secure, and the staff were very helpful and very polite. There is access to everything that I needed within the complex Breakfast at the restaurant was great.

There was nothing unique but in this price it's worth

Wry tired. Looking apartment

Well to begin with they were illprepared"! After traveling for 13hours and 15minites the room was not ready. I had to wait 😭 for almost 1hour before I could go in the bathroom had awful sent that was emanating from the I felt sick just being in that room. Went to front desk demanding a transfer to another by the time I got in to #601 there were cockroaches all over it , complained then they send in the fumemigater but the roaches were still there. Noisy"! Very , very noisy place to spend one's vacation, please note, never again.

It's good for the price charge.

This is not the property that was shown to me, this picture is from another apartment and is not even close to what I was shown. First I was shown a tiny room that was about a 12x12 with bugs. There were bugs and roaches in the final place they gave me. I was shown what they considered a suite but resembled a prison from the outside. First you have to go through grocery stores to access the room and them take an elevator up four flights where you then had to walk up two more flights of stairs and through a fenced in stairway. Once inside you could clearly see that the place kinda resembled the photo but maybe from 10 prior. Everything in the apartment was dated, with chipping painted wall, a dirty microwave, counter-top and pot, pan and silverware that had no shine under the layers of grease and dirt. There was one shining light to this apartment and that was the awesome 180 degree views from the many windows, especially the back bedroom. The bedroom was like a tiny palace in the clouds as once you awoke and open the curtains you were on top of the world. The view was breathtaking and it looked as if you could see all of Nairobi by only turning your head. The bed filled the corner of the room that was surrounded by windows on two sides. However I could not stay in a palace that in a junkyard and the room is the only redeeming quality. I would not recommend this place to anyone as the price was not inline with what you get and the service was exceptionally awful.

Lots of building work going on at the hotel very noisy through out the day and dusty. Apartments need a major clean and some up to date decor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Security was very good.

I didn't stay in the hotel the apartment is a scam I need my refund.they dont have rooms.

We stayed there for approximately 3 weeks for our internship nearby. Wonderful place with free breakfast, pool, nice gym access and free laundry service every day. Perfect for a long stay. They do have an elevator but the entrance is a little bit difficult to find.

The hotel was good and the area was full of shops and restaurants which I liked the breakfast area was next building lastly the staff was very friendly helpful and I will recommend the viewers to go there

La struttura è grande, sotto c'è un centro commerciale con vari negozi e supermercati,ampio parcheggio e servizio di sicurezza..gli ascensori portano ai piani superiori dove si trovano gli appartamenti mono camera con cucina e bagno.. è possiibile cucinare ed è compreso il lavaggio della biancheria..il centro di Nairobi è a 5 km penso... ci vuole il taxi per arrivare in centro città....

The location is right in the center of a shopping area. You can easily find the food courts. The access to the hotel is a little hard for a stranger as you need to find a narrow path in the Diamond Plaza. The amenities and breakfast are good considering its price. Overall, this is good for a short stay

Entrée de l'hôtel un peu difficile a trouver car dans un mall disposant de plusieurs ascenseurs. Quartier indien tres tranquille et calme. Bonne surprise pour le petit déjeuner pris dans l'hôtel luxueux du même groupe juste a côté jouxtant la piscine et la salle de sport avec une super vue sur nairobi. Chambre calme et confortable.

The first night, I was accommodated next to a kitchen/ wash area which was noisy with staff playing music. The rooms were tired and a bit shabby. Apart from one night, loud music was playing until the wee hours, in one case up to 5.30am.
