First of all, I wanna say that everybody in this hotel are great professionals, kind and nice people and very efficient. It was my mistake unknowing more about were is placed the hotel. They were really good at everything, providing transport, good wifi, room service...But just it doesn't have the facilities that somebody from Europe would like to have. Anyway, price-quality is really good.

Strange 'hotel', more like apartments. Food was always late and one night the chef wasnt coming in until 11pm so we couldn't eat dinner there. If you need a taxi backthere, take the address as the taxi drivers didnt know where it was.

Am Eingang hatte es Securitas die einem nur auf die Strasse liesen, wenn das Taxi schon dort war. Hinter dem Haus sah man die Slams. Nicht so eine gute lage wenn mam die Stadt besichtigen möchte.

When I call the manager want to me send my information, credit card number from Urbit. They want me also to to pay $30 extra. The location is where the homeless and theives hang out. It's the Nairobi slams. I didn't stay because I feared for my safety. I have called Orbitz customers serviceshould but they refused to find me another location.

Very good reception. Sent a taxi to pick me from the bus park. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean , spacious and not noisy.Hot water is available for the shower.

Very friendly hotel but in a very noisy area of nairobi clean room definitely use mosquito net if you are going to leave windows open. Food is adequate

It was good but the outside is not so great. Good value for what you pay.

Utenfor hotellet var det ikke bra, men inne i hotellet var det helt greit. Kommer nok til og bruke det igjen.

Cet établissement n'est pas un vrai hotel. Il y a plusieurs chambres dans l'établissement qui sont loué comme des studios. Le quartier est à éviter absolument, surtout pour des européens. C'est une zone industrielle. La rue est remplie de garage de mécanique qui font du bruit toute la journée. La nuit on entend des gens se battre et des chiens qui aboient. J'ai du quitter cet hotel dès le lendemain. Impossible de se reposer. Je déconseille cet hotel

I had a great stay at the hotel, friendly personal clean rooms, great service. The hotel location was a bit hard to find, and it's not a place with restaurants or bars around. But you can always walk or take a boda bodato city centre.. All in all I had a great stay.

The neighborhood/location is a bit dodgy but you can't beat the price and easy access to the city centre of Nairobi. The staff at the hotel are wonderful. The rooms are incredibly clean. Wifi is reliable enough. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Only downside is the neighborhood... You have to watch your back, but that's true Nairobi in general.

Very short stay - 1 night passing through Nairobi. The staff were incredibly helpful and the wifi was superb. Some fantastic art from local artists can be seen on the staircase too.

The hotel should not have been qualified to be under Expedia recommendation. Totally disappointed. Location is not safe, entrance sidewalk ruined, hallway is shared with motorcycle repair, reception in a small room, in the extension cord runs cross floor to reach tv. No close hunger, coakroach crawling etc. left next day to better and safer hotel. Expect refund from Expedia. Thank you!

Good service and fast respond to anything

Its a Bad location for this motel not hotel, No name in front of the motel, Expedia should remove from his hotel list immediately. I will not stay or recommend to any of my client or friend.

The hotel is in a difficult part of town. To get to the CBD you have to go through some serious African taxi facilities. The roundabout at the Roast House doesn't stop and you have to dodge between vehicles. The next street is just as bad with buses parked nose to tail (six inches/15 cms between them). Behind the hotel is an informal settlement that gets very noisy from time to time. The hotel itself could do with a few more facilities in the rooms. There was no desk or table in my room so it was difficult to work. There is a kitchen sink and at some stage the room has had a stove, but now there is only a kettle and a small fridge. I would have paid a little more for the use of a microwave. The staff were very good, if a little forgetful once or twice. When my laptop wouldn't connect to the internet immediately, their tech guy fixed it very quickly.

We were placed here after our original booking fell through, the staff were very nice and welcoming but the time management was slow even by kenyan standards if you order dinner/evenING meal allow 2 hours for it to arrive at your room and breakfast is delivered to your room as there is no dining room out of the 15 mornings only 3 times was in on time, the other days were upto 45 mins later than we asked. Area is ok safe to walk to the CBD when it day light but not at night. Over all rooms are nice and safe on a budget
