We stayed for 11 days at Neptune Paradise, we had amazing time, room and bathroom has really good size, spotless clean thanks to our cleaner Mohamood, whole resort is very clean and well looked after, good variety of food, something for everyone, staff very friendly and helpful. No shops in walking distance, if you want to stay in this hotel, make sure you bring everything you need with you. Only negative thing is unfortunately the beach, big beautiful beach but you cant use it, as soon as you step on the beach you will be surrounded by bracelet ,safari etc sellers, even tho we said no multiple times they dont seem to understand and follow you everywhere you go, put us off from going to the beach.

Amazing place to go to, facilities and the staff were amazing, the beach was beautiful during the day and night, comfortable accommodation and food was in abundance and the drinks, all in all 5* from me

Dette var igjen et fantastisk opphold. Servicen var upåklagelig, renholdet var likeså. Maten var også bra. Ikke så bra som tidligere opphold, men tipper at når hotellene generelt i Kenya slutter å blø på grunn av Coronaen så blir det nok samme standard som tidligere. Gleder meg allerede til å komme tilbake.

Beautiful looking. Clean pools. Friendly and welcoming staff. Amazing white sand beach. Aggressive monkeys. Appalling food hygiene - got ill on 2nd day. Left on 4th morning when I was well enough to travel. Hot food not actually hot. Orange juice watered down so it was a pale yellow colour. Flies everywhere in the food pavilion in and around the buffet. A lot of food not covered. Salads etc not kept in cool cabinet, just out in the open. Tablecloths filthy and not changed while we were there. Ridiculous pre booking required for pizzeria including ordering food 24 hours in advance.

Stunning beach, great location, spacious and very clean room, nice and friendly staff, just perfect holidays. I also did 2 days Safari in Tsavo East and day trip to Mombasa town and Haller Park where you can feed giraffes.Marco Polo agency is just accross the road.

Complexe sympa. Chambres moyennes mais bonne literie et au calme. Mention très bien à tout le staff restaurants et bars.

Amazing beach front ! white sands, clean and good food.

The setting is amazing. The hotel, itself, is okay. The food needs improvement as do the quality of the included drinks. The rooms are average. The staff is wonderful. Overall, I would recommend this place, but it's definitely not a 4 star place.

Die Hotelanlage ist gepflegt und liegt an einem weissen, breiten Sandstrand. Der Service ist für afrikansiche Verhältnisse effizient und auch äusserst herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten All Inclusive gebucht und das Essen war abwechslungsreich. Es gab für jeden Geschmack immer etwas, frische Gemüse, Salate und verschiedene Fleischsorten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

abbiamo passato 6 bellissimi giorni in questo resort.Dal primo minuto ci siamo sentite a casa e coccolate.il personale è molto gentile e disponibile e l'animazione è super.tutto il giorno ci sono un sacco di attività divertenti e gli animatori ci hanno coinvolte con estrema gentilezza e professionalità.ci siamo divertite da subito e per tutta la vacanza facendo sempre cose diverse.ogni sera c'è uno spettacolo diverso.la camera era spaziosa e comodissima.i diversi bar e ristoranti danno la possibilità di avere in ogni momento quello che si desidera.la spa offre molti trattamenti ed è pulita e in una posizione strategica.la spiaggia è facilmente accessibile e molto sicura,sempre controllata.grazie a Happy John,Daniel,Ronnie,MK,Alibaba,Ken,Andy,Moses e tutti gli altri per la bellissima vacanza.

Mio marito e io ci siamo trovati molto bene, una settimana a cavallo di Natale 2017. Eravamo stanchi e volevamo solo riposarci in un bel posto all inclusive tra la natura. Così è stato!

I stayed at Neptune Paradise Hotel and Spa - I was very delighted with the service. The smiling and friendly staff made my stay at the hotel very pleasant. The range of activities available on site makes are fun and make the time fly by fast. I had a great time at the hotel and would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family. It was a very nice stay. Easy to get around and lots to do. We enjoyed the food and the whole ambience. I would definitely recommend.

Einziges Minus sind die nervigen Beach-Boys am Strand. Ansonsten eine wunderschöne Anlage mit tollem Service. Essen war nichts für Veganer und könnte auch ein bisschen abwechslungsreicher sein. Vor allem das Frühstück bot wenig Abwechslung. Wer jedoch Pancakes, Waffeln und Omelettes liebt, kommt hier auf seine Kosten.

We stayed in the garden area in two upstairs rooms. Very clean and was comfortable with outside balcony. Basically just used the place for sleeping. If we didnt have anything planned for the day we spent time at the large pool with swim up bar. Douglas is a great guy and he took care of us while we were there. When the pool closes at 6 PM, we just headed over to the main bar and Gerald was the man of the hour. The Resort had entertainment at 9 PM every night that we were there and was awesome. All of the Resort staff was great to us and restaurants were very impressive. Buffet style with all kinds things to try. The resort can make arrangements for fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, etc.

The hotel was extremely welcoming and each staff member does their bit to make you feel welcome. The grounds are very pleasing and relaxing.

-Overall I would not come back here again, I was not impressed Staff: Most of the staff in the restaurant were not attentive and were very slow in processing orders. The staff at the cooking station were not friendly. On the other hand, the security guards along the beach area were talkative to the point they would not leave us alone which I found to be very annoying when I travel so far away to relax, rather then to be constantly distrubed Food Quality: The food quality was utterly disappointing to such an extent that I would not feed it to my pet. The food has absolutely no taste whatsoever and needs drastic improvement Checking time: the checking time took way too long, approx 45 minutes Room design: the rooms need to be renovated and updated. Toilet did not flush properly

The location , the food, the servers, the beach!! Everything is incredible! This place is a gem! I want to go back !!
