This is my 2nd night after my return from a safari tour of Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru and my stay was pleasant overall. Great place overall for the price.

The hotel has a 24 hour service desk to check in and ignore hotels.com check in times. They were very polite and checked in easily. They were very nice in accommodating me with a take out breakfast since I had a 6:30 am pick up safari tour to Masai Mara. The room was clean and a bottle water was provided. Hot water was great when a switch was required to turn on the hot water unit system. WiFi worked very well in the room no issues. Do realize there will be noise due to the mosque nearby so expect that but I did request room away from the street. The Uber ride from airport was about $8 and very convenient. Do realize if you return back to the airport during the weekday will be plenty of traffic so prepare ahead. The area is not in the safest area so I don’t recommend walking around at night alone.

Staff members are welcoming. But I couldn't sleep because of strong smell. I guess it is from jik that the cleaners used. They might have poured a lot of it and didn't clean it up.

This is a new hotel in a rather run-down area. It's only been open three months (as of August 2019). The staff were very friendly and everything was straight-forward. It took me a little while to work out how to use the shower - the switch to turn it on was outside the bathroom. I enjoyed the breakfast, which was included. Lots of food options. Contrary to what hotels.com says when you book, this hotel does have a front desk, and it was open until at least 10pm when I arrived. I wouldn't recommend walking around outside the hotel, especially after dark, but as a stop-over for business or a journey leaving Nairobi (in my case) it's fine.

New property and very good service. Its best at its price. They have very good restaurant in the hotel itself.

Hotel is brand new and staff is very helpful and cooperative. You get India, somali, African and western food also chef can make customized as per requirements.
