보이저 비치 리조트

5월말에 다녀온 리조트. 정말 황금같은 휴가를 보내고 왔습니다. 다채로운 음식(해산물은 좀 부족), 친절한 직원들, 수려한 정경과 수영장 그리고 안락하고 안락한 침대 정말 간만에 편하게 잠도 잘 잤고. 바에 있는 직원들과 청소하는 직원들 모두 정말 친절했다. 한가지 아쉬운 점은 프라이빗 비치가 아니여서 그럴테지만 해변에 해초를 좀 정리하면 더 훌륭할듯 그리고 해변의 노점상은 너무 호객행위가 지나침.

room was comfortable but washroom was not that clean. shower and towels were old. restaurant was big but very crowded and Italian restaurant and sea food restaurant were also not that neat condition. the price of seafood restaurant was very expensive but the food was not that satisfactory. staffs had recommended me to upgrade to all-inclusive but water and some kinds of beers are not included in this price. overall not that satisfactory. it might due to I visit the resort in the peak season...

직원들이 매우 친절하고, 해변이 바로 붙어있어서 전경이 매우 아름답습니다.

Everything was great, we had a fabulous stay. The staff is very respectful and cares about the customers. Festus from house keeping is awesome, always smiling and does the job to perfection. The leader of the entertainment group and the whole crew are very talented and gave us a lively and enjoyable time!! All departments from the receptionist to everyone we interacted with service was great.

Bellissima stanza (cab doppia vista mare) ben pulita e spaziosa, gli accessori nel bagno avranno qualche anno, quindi un po' logori dalla salsedine, ma non lo vedo un problema, sempre ben pulito. Personale sempre sorridente e di compagnia Cibo; devo dire di alta qualità, da Italiano, faccio i complimenti (l'unica cosa che non ho provato è stata la pasta...) con tantissima scelta e menù a tema ogni sera. tutto praticamente cotto al momento. Inoltre è capitato di dovere tardare per il pranzo un paio di volte e al bar con menu' alla carta ci hanno soddisfatto con pietanze o una pizzetta comunque sempre eseguita al momento . Al bar fronte mare, idem. Sempre buona scelta e ragazzi "on fire" :) Abbiamo fatto poco con l'animazione, solo qualche partita di beach volley, ma quelle poche volte ci hanno fatto fare gruppo per divertirci e farci sentire dei fenomeni! ahaha! Non voglio fare nomi per non scordare nessuno, quindi: Bravi a Tutti Max e Alessia

Everything was good -- room, food, entertainment, staff.

The staff made us feel like we were family coming home for a visit. The rooms were very clean, the view from the room was spectacular. We will return again!

The customer service was great although the staff at the buffet dining restaurant can do better to check on needs of the guests promptly. We had to always wave them down. The rooms were always kept clean and have all the you need for the trip. The A team which is responsible for entertainment was the absolute highlight of the trip. The New Years celebrations was epic. By far the best hotel in Mombasa. I have been to 3 others. If you have kids, this is the go to place. Shout out to Ephantus the restaurant manager and Bedan the reservations manager.

Great place. Great food

It was a very unpleasant experience. Upon check-out, we requested an invoice, which is standard practice at nearly all hotels, regardless of whether the booking was made through an online travel agency or directly with the property. However, the male cashier firmly refused, stating that since payment was made to Expedia, the hotel could not issue an invoice. He also declined to provide any documentation confirming our stay and instead advised us to "sue Expedia." As we were traveling for business, a stamped invoice was essential for accounting purposes. We spent nearly 40 minutes trying to resolve the issue, and I came close to missing my flight. Eventually, another female cashier issued a booking confirmation, but the entire experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. Despite the resolution, the lack of professionalism and courtesy left a lasting negative impression. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property to colleagues or friends.
