호텔덕분에 여행의 모든 일정을 모두 망쳤다. 방문이 깨져있고, 걸려있는 수건은 젖어있고, 직원들은 불친절하고, 아침식사도 1시간 기다려야 나오고, 방도 예약하지 않은 싼방으로 마음대로 바꿔서 주고, 방 천장에서 물새고...최악의 호텔입니다.

Im so mad my favorite short came up missing after they cleaned my room. Told the staff and no one cared.

Overall I would recommend. My Oceanside view room was glorious each morning as I watched the sunrise over the beautiful Indian Ocean. Staff was attentive, and professional for the most part. Only one issue was experienced during my seven-night stay. The food. The "included" breakfast is vegetarian as is the restaurant there, so I wound up taking my meals from outside the resort, or I had Uber eats deliver. I believe I paid extra for the breakfast but that's water under the bridge... When a friend and I attempted to bring in food delivery, and dine at an outdoor table in the common area- well let's just say, there was a problem with the staff and management. I was surprised with a stern rebuke by the waitress and then by who appeared to be a manager at the resort. I was told that we could not enjoy a meal with meat in any outdoor dining areas. Hilarious. They serve alcohol, folks are boozing it up, but I received hostility for attempting the crime of eating chicken biryani lol!! Considering that they sell/serve alcohol to their guests, I find it hypocritical that they would be so offended about me having so much as a hamburger! Anyway, that issue was resolved because for the remainder of my stay I took my meals upstairs in my beach-side suite. Be prepared to do the same if you are an omnivore. It's a good, economical resort along a clean stretch of Beach; I might recommend staying there again, just be aware that the staff are sensitive about eating outside food.

It’s the beautiful resort. From the moment you entered the resort you feel like home. The staff are amazing.

I never complained at a hotel about anything, but this one I would'nt come back there. Bedsheets where stained, the room is full of mosquitos, no warm water in the shower/sink eventhough we complained three times. No WIFI in our block. The pool needs to be kept cleaner, breakfast is included but the choice is very small. Beach access is nice and the staff is friendly. The location is ok too. The concept of the hotel is cool but unfortunately the performance is bad.

The best part is the location and view from this resort to enjoy the wide view of open sea and the peaceful stay.. Its safe, beautiful and pleasant stay & love to watch the blue sea all around the clock whether its morning or evening or day or night. The food, the hospitality, the peaceful and safe stay make me crave to visit again and enjoy the surrounding at this resort again. Completely mesmerizing design that shows the personal touch of hardwork and thoughts for the complete resort. Must visit resort for me and i m gonna visit again for sure.

Good place to stay 15 meters from Indian ocean. Freindly staff, okay pool. Safe area. Highly recommend. Stayed twice, will stay again

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Ziwa Beach resort from 20-24/4 2024 and it was the best! The rooms were Great; lots of room and air-con, a bathroom with hot water, a big bed with mosquito net, a large balcony and everything was very clean! Including the rest of the resort, there was nothing to put a finger on The pool was Nice, and the soroundings/decorations with all the plants, made you feel like you were in the jungle. The breakfast had all you needed; fresh made omelets, local foods, coffee, bread, fruit and more (and it was also good). We also had some food from the menu during the Day, which did not disapoint either! All the staff was very friendly, aware and serviceminded. We Will definately recomend Ziwa Beach resort to everyone, and come back again the next time we are in Mombasa.

Please do not stay. Dirty cold food manly African. No electricity so they keep running generator but then no electric because generator as to cool down. Only had WiFi 3 days out of 15. Horrible smells in bathroom. So many people complaining, but manager seems not to care . Don’t be fooled by the view. I have traveled to many countries some poor, this is the worst hotel ever . Too many bad things to mention about this place . I urge you don’t book here. So many hotels all along beach to book

This place was amazing. The ambience and design was very coastal like with sea shells everywhere. It was right at the waterfront too and staff were very friendly and helpful. It was easily walkable to access other beaches and beach activities and the coral reef was accessible by boats from 10 am to like 2 pm. Malls were also just a 15 minute drive away. It was such a breath taking experience and I think this is where we shall always stay when we visit Mombasa again!

Our booking was not reflected in their system - maybe because of same day booking. Did cause some hassle during check-in. The room was basic, but ok. No proper hot water in the shower and the toilet did not flush. Breakfast was basic but acceptable (no meat; bacon, sausages, cold cut, etc. Neither no cheese). Staff were very friendly. The location is good - spot on the beach.
