The breakfast had an omelette one day and no more for the rest of our stay.

The breakfast was freshly cooked. The rooms were beautiful, unique and absolutely different then anywhere I've ever stayed in a great way.

It was dirty i the common surroundings, the outdoor pool was not in use and they didn't offered breakfast earlier than 8,30.

Staff: very nice Location: very nice Room: dark, cold in the winter, not clean, shower head terrible.

Overall very good experience, Riad is nicely maintained and the staff is kind.

Me ha encantado la ubicación y la atención. Un sitio maravilloso para pasar unos días. El personal súper atento , nos hemos sentido como en casa. Atentos a todo. Las instalaciones muy buenas . Habitaciones muy amplias y limpieza! Repetiremos sin duda

There wasnt 24 hour concierge. I arrived to a rude person who i apparently woke up. He didn't want to let me in . When he did my luggage wasn't safely stored. The advertised breakfast wasnt offered 730-1030am. I had tried to contact the hotel about a traveler joining me on july 29 and got no response and when she joined me the manager freaked out and cursed at us, it was threatening and weird. He would not calm down even when we offered to pay the fee for another person. He even said he would call the police and tried to bar us physically from our room and belongings . I over heard other guests saying theit toilet was not working. No one was helpful or concerned about guests.

Check-in was a bit slow and the rooms are smaller than they appear (no separate bath/toilet in our room). Nonetheless, the rooms were clean. The hotel is located in an alley/street that cars can't access so you have to walk about a block plus with your bags; however it is near a large square and a number of restaurants.

La clim ne marchait pas bien, piscine sale et tres froide, extrêmement petite, dejeuner boff des affaires rechauffes au micro onde mais les employes sont bons, bon service mais on constate que lea propriétaires sont avares, la salle de bain ouverte donc si qqn veut une intimite il doit aller en bas dans la salle de bain commune, quartier tres bruyant mais bon cetait voulu, pas de frigidaire ou microonde, donc avev la chaleur, on ne pouvait pas avoir deau froide dans motre chambre, bref a éviter

Et fantastisk sted at bo. Alle de gode anmeldelser passer! Meget rent og meget flot hotel. Forholdene er gode, de er hjælpsomme og morgenmaden er god. Især vil jeg fremhæve Samed som er der om aftenen. Utrolig hjælpsom. Han kørte mig ud og handle sko fordi vi manglede bagage og skulle på vandretur. Senere guidede han os rundt. Det her sted går “above and beyond”. Lokationen er iøvrigt helt perfekt i forholde til at udforske Medinaen og man er også hurtigt i indkøbscentre, lufthavne, badeland med mere. Kan iøvrigt også anbefale Full_moroccan_trips til ture.

So schlimm dass ich erst gar nicht dort übernachtet habe
