The hotel is located within the city center and close to the park. There is No lift - this is not for heavy travelers, be prepared to carry ur luggage up the stairs, Overall clean room but they allow smoking inside rooms of previous guests so there is that old smoke scent in the room which is really negative for me, bathroom is old and needs updating—> leaks in the faucet so floor is constantly wet, no one speaks a lick of English so communication will be challenging. What is it about smoking inside the lobby, the reception, the rooms? It feels suffocating. I booked and paid for a triple room, they gave me a single room. I complained about it but the grumpy old man who is the owner just yelled at me and said ‘but you are alone!’. Uhm, but I paid for triple room! Anyways, I did not sweat it, no point in arguing in a language you don’t understand with a yelling angry old man. I wouldn’t go back to this hotel even if somebody pays me. You have been warned.

Sadece akşam uyumak için merkeze az mesafesi olan bi yer kiralamak istedim. Kaloriferler çalışmıyordu dondum. Oda kötü, duşu tuvaletin içinde almanız gerek, görünce şok oldum.. iki gece kalmayı planlamıştım, sabah ödediğim parayı düşünmeden terk ettim

The hotel was overbooked and therefore I did not receive a room nor did I receive a refund for the mishap. I am highly disappointed

Only the location was good. We left after 1 night. Toilet was broken, disgusting and we got a room with snot on the wall! Pillows and blankets were yellow!!

Personally I don’t see what people are complaining about in other reviews. For the price this place is amazing and a perfect location in Pristina. The staff was very friendly too. Sure it’s not the Ritz but I have stayed in much worse places that cost significantly more. The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable of my whole trip and there was even a nice balcony. The bathroom could have been better but it was fine. I definitely recommend hotel park for budget travelers. If you’re a snob though stay somewhere else

No toilet paper or towels when we got to our room, went to reception and was given toilet paper, and told to collect towels when we returned. When we returd admittedly late, reception was locked, it was a one night stay and had to leave early without being able to shower.

Hotel was clean, Price was good for 3 people and also old man helped us so much :) I am so satisfied and if i travel to Kosovo again, i will definetely stay there.

Ett fönster gick inte att stänga , ingen toalett inne på rummet utan den låg ute i korridoren. Handtaget till dörren höll skruvarna knappt ihop , kändes väldigt otryggt , vi bad om att få hjälp att fixa dörrhantaget men hjälpen kom aldrig.

They stoped the heat at the first night, they stopped the internet as soon as I contacted the expedia.it was filthy, they didn’t even change the sheets, you could smell the perfume of the person that slept a night before.

I wish it had vetter conditions. The electric plugs were broken. A broken lamp on the bedside table. No fridge in the room, no table, the balcony was shared with the neighbour.

When I arrived they told me they were closed and could not honour my reservation. Luckily I managed to get another hotel after walking around in the heat with luggage for ages
