Great hotel, comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast was included and you choose the day before. Location was central in Vientiane. To the left was the Hard Rock Cafe to the right a restaurant bar called Kip Chai Deu, that was great and had live music, jazz style. Prices were good. The only issues are, we had 2 rooms and 1 didn’t have a security box. Not for people with poor mobility as there are no lifts and a flight of stairs to get to reception.

This is a little boutique hotel - now in the shadow of the new humongous Doubletree by Hilton next door. Location is good and the value for money is ok. However…..the hotel does seem a bit tired and quite a lot of maintenance work in the rooms is needed. Things like tv, curtains etc are coming out of the walls. The room decor is still nice enough - a little 2010ish. Staff was nice and friendly, wifi decent, breakfast ok.

Cet hôtel est parfaitement situé dans Vientiane. Très central mais calme. La chambre était spacieuse et très agréable. La literie était très ferme mais, d'après notre expérience, c'est la norme au Laos. Le seul point négatif aura été pour nous le petit déjeuner que nous avons trouvé très fade (plats laotiens). Dommage car le cadre était très sympa.

This hotel is probably the most stylish stay we had during our time in Laos, a really cool and cosy room in a great location. Friendly staff and the cafe which we went for breakfast in (included in our stay) was gorgeous. I’d absolutely stay again and i’ll defo be taking some interior inspiration from this little gem!

酒店位置位於巷子內，租車司機也找不到，要打電話到酒店詢問，而且正門面對一個地盤，不過噪音不多。附近有很多咖啡店、餐廳、找換店、便利店等等，一般遊客需要的基本一應俱全，而且步行距離已可到達永珍市內大部分景點。 接待處職員十分有禮，而且英語很好，很快回應住客問題。 酒店內很整潔，床亦很舒服，基本設備亦齊全，惟窗戶近距離面對對面大廈，景觀一般，而且沒有升降機，如果行李很重會比較麻煩，不過以包括房間連早餐而言，這價錢也不需太挑剔了。

We booked by hotels.com, first staffsaid our reservation was cancelled. I requested her to check our reservation by on-line few times, but she didn't and she said we don't take reservations from hotels.com. finally, she found our reservations by on-line. It took half of a hour. Hotel was clean and comfortable, but we felt not good.

I booked a standard room but the hotel upgraded to a suite room. The hotel located in the centre of the city and the reception was very helpful too. There is a cafe on the ground floor and the breakfast is served there. Although I missed breakfast, the interior of the cafe seemed very cosy. The hotel seemed new. There was no elevator a little exercise needed if your room is on the 4th floor. Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay.
