It was newly built so everything was clean. The staffs are also kind. I think everything was nice here so I recommend this place.

도미토리는 안써서 모르겠는데 2인방은 뷰가 지립니다 형님들 이틀 묵었는데 아침마다 진짜 힐링입니다. 뷰가 미쳤어요. 아 근데 냉장고 없고 물은 페트가아닌 물병에 담겨있어서 마시기 좀 그럽니다. 뷰때메 아깝지않을 가격입니다.

The room we had was nice and as shown on the pictures. The view from the room was great and we saw the balloons and paragliders with a wonderful sunset. The hotel itself seems pretty well furnished but we did not use anything else outside the room. Our bedroom had 2 majors problems : terrible soundproofing and weird window like openings near the bed. The bad soundproofing made us eat the super loud club that kept on blasting music and the weird windows make it difficult to sleep after 6:00. For the hotel staff : Light is an easy fix, just put some curtains in front of the window so we at least get to choose. Soundproofing is a different story. If you sleep like a log and light doesn’t bother you, then you have a blast.

Lovely hotel, perfect location and lovely pool.

Staff were great, helpful and kind. Loved my room, "The Bungalow", close to the swimming pool which was lovely.

The bed was comfy and clean, but the bathrooms supporting the dorms could use more cleaning. The pool area was good to chill around and lots of restaurants and shops within a short walk.

Very friendly service. Good restaurant recommendation : happy mango. We had the penthouse room which was worth every penny. Spectacular view over the mountains, huge room, no foul smell from the bathroom. Can highly recommend !

Good value for money

Nice place to stay nearby the river and all in town activities. The staff is very good and attentive. The food is also good especially fried beef. Great with dark Beer Lao

Perfectly located hotel. Mix of hostel & hotel accommodation with the pool We didn't have breakie but we were very happy once we found the place as no streets have names!

Good location close to Main Street with bars and restaurants. Clean room.

非常整潔的環境, 廁所也是, 也很安靜. 我在VV病了兩天, 差不多全天都睡在床上. 附近有不少食店.

Great location, room with wonderful view, helpful staff, very clean property.

View from the ensuite double room was great. Good location, 10min walk to most restaurants and travel agencies. They are expanding for a pool and extra rooms. Don’t worry about missing your alarm as the construction workers are very hard working, starting at 6am! If we didn’t take a tuktuk to the hotel, we probably would miss out the entrance as the reception looked like a construction site... Some hiccups on our 1st day… First, our booking was made via Hotels.com and it was fully paid before we arrived. The owner claimed that was only the commission and asked us to pay for the rooms… We insisted our room was fully paid so the owner asked us to check with Hotels.com ourselves… After all the hassel, hotels.com confirmed the owner we had already paid for everything. The onwer apologized for the confusion. Secondly, it was raining on the 1st night and we found our room was flooding... The windows were poorly installed with big gaps in between, lots of water got into our room and had to use 2 big towels to clean up ourselves… Better if they could provide basic amenities in the bathroom and maybe a small rack in the shower. We stayed there for 3 nights, and the owner only cleaned up the room on the 2nd day after we complained about the flood. They didnt make our room or empty the bin during our entire stay… They didnt even refill the empty glass water bottle in the room... I thought it is essential to clean up and refill amentilies everyday...
