개미있고 침구류 위생상태 안좋아여 위치아니면 가격면으로도 선택안할거같아요 주변에 싸고 좋은데 많아요

upstair방으로 2박 예약했는데 첫날은 다른 사람들이 이용중이라며 아래층을 배정해주었습니다. 다음날 2층으로 옮길수있게 해주었는데..host 아주머니는 영어를 잘 못하시고 따님이 예약관리 및 영어가 가능하신데 그분이 계실때 아니면 약간의 의사소통에 문제가 있습니다. 루앙프라방 12월 기후는 약간 쌀쌀해서 에어컨을 틀일이 없었고 오히려 문틈으로 들어오는 바람이 추워 쿠션으로 틈을 막아야 했습니다. 확실히 테라스가 있는 윗층이 더 방이 좋고 방은 나무벽이고 조명이 별로 없어 어둡습니다. 화장실은 라오스 숙박(모든도시 거의 비슷한가격의 숙소에 묵음)중 제일 별로 였던거같네요 (물이 너무 천천히 내려가고 좁았습니다.) 강변이랑 가까워서 강변 산책하기 좋습니다. 다시 방문한다면 조금 돈을 더 지불하고 다른 숙소로 가보고싶네요 가격대비는 깔끔하고 분위기는 좋습니다.

We rented two rooms. We could see into one through holes in the walls (separations between boards that make up the walls) from the hallway. The bathroom was full of spiderwebs. The shower had so much mineral deposits built up in the shower head that we had to remove it from the hose to get enough water to wash. The staff was extremely nice and friendly, but rarely present. The floorboards were so weak and noisy. There was one board in one of our rooms that we carefully avoided stepping on out of fear of falling through. I truly love these old wooden buildings. Yet, I also believe they need to be properly maintained. This one has not been. The staff is truly wonderful. Yet, rarely present. The location is fantastic, and there is nothing I could say to counter that fact. It's possibly the best spot for accommodations in the area. The price would be justified, if only the rooms were maintained to a higher standard. But, considering the level of upkeep, size and layout of the rooms, and facilities offered within the room (no refrigerator, electric kettle, etc.), I can say that the room rate is 40 to 45% too high. The price just is not justified. I hope the owners do a major remodeling, and fix much of what is lacking, while maintaining the original wooden styling. Until that happens, unfortunately, you'll be getting less than what you're paying for.

Hyvä sijainti aivan aamu ja ilta yöhön läheisyydessä. Sisustus tummaa puuta ja lankkulattioineen luo mukavan tunnelman. Erityis kiitos respan tytölle joka huolehti että ehdin bussiin.

Clean room. Water, coffee and tea provided. A nice common balcony. On a quiet street. No mini fridge, and no desk space. Small rooms, but very comfortable and clean.

Very small uncomfortable small rooms. Didn’t like that everywhere is notes: don’t do that or you pay .. sink full down during night ( I fixed it by myself and lifted back on the place) bathroom uncomfortable small. Not possibly to get breakfast

Room was very small. Breakfast not included and didn’t available. Bathroom needs fixing. In photos motel looks better than in reality. Staff was kind and helpful.

Emplacement idéal dans une ruelle calme. Terrasse commune avec eau, café et thé à volonté.

Salle de bain excecrable, odeur difficile à supporter. Aucun espace pour du rangement dans la chambre Aucun accueil, clé et indication sur un tableau dans l’entrée Devoir demander du papier de toilette car pas rempli automatiquement, ménage sur demande seulement. Aucune nouvelle serviette proposée. Poun’ele Jamais changer des trois journées... fourmis...

Great location and the best sleep I got on my trip!

I love everything about this place. Easy to locate and near to the halal restaurant. The rooms booked spacious and very clean. Will book again.

When I arrived I was told my room had been given to someone else and they were full. Regardless of the fact that my room was already prepaid and I wasn't arriving late for check-in. In reading other reviews, it seems I'm not the first person this has happened to. Expedia should remove this listing, if the managers continue this practice.

Lovely place to stay - very central, tucked off main street, so only yards from restaurants and the river. Bed was huge, taking up most of the room, and there was a cute little balcony to sit at. Room was characterful, lined with what looked like teak panelling, and decor was simple but nice.

Zimmer vor allem Bad sehr schmutzig habe 3 Nächte gebucht aber nur eine Nacht geblieben da es zu grauenvoll war.

ที่พักสะอาดมากค่ะ เจ้าหน้าที่ดูแล ต้อนรับดี อยู่ใจกลางเมือง ใกล้สถานที่เที่ยว เดินทางง่าย สะดวกมากค่ะ

Expediaでの予約時に「22時までのチェックインを保証」とあったが、21時に到着したところ、「満室なので、別の宿へ移って欲しい」と言われ、移動。2泊中、1泊は別の宿に。 部屋は狭く、寝るだけと考えた方がいいだろう。
